Just because he is not holding as significant of a position does not mean his character isn’t developed in the webcomic.

The only heroes he's weaker than are Blast, Saitama, and Tatsumaki, and I honestly think he'd put up a decent fight against Tatsumaki considering his Gaia cannon, yeah she beat a stronger version of him, but she also had help from the rest of the S class and would have died multiple times if not for them. I think she would have won if she was able to go all out at the beginning, but it still would have taken considerable effort. Blast and Saitama are the only heroes who'd no diff him, and they are leagues above the rest of them. This would be like saying Carnage Kabuto or Boros are weak since they got beaten easily by Saitama, or Monster Garou, guess he's weak too since Saitama bullied him while trying not to kill him. They are weak compared to Saitama, but literally everyone else in the series is too, God and maybe Blast are the only ones even remotely comparable, Cosmic Garou was too, but that was a power up from God, Garou would never have gotten that strong on his on.
@@edwardarroyo884nah Psykorochi ain’t stronger then Gaia Cannon Unmasked Orochi, what she absorbed was a chunk of Orochi’s head and the only really overpowered abilities god have Psykorochi was the continent slice which is weaker then Gaia Cannon since Gaia cannon took like a 10th of the earth’s core, which would be 3x more mass then the whole entire crust, full power orochi high diffs Psykorochi and extreme diff Tatsumaki
@@Fujgen161I think you could argue Psyrochi is slightly stronger overall, even if you include the Gaia cannon, because it takes time to charge up, although I too always thought that the Gaia cannon was stronger than anything Psyrochi showed, and the only reason Psyrochi was that strong was because of Orochi and God, Psykos is weak as shit compared to Orochi and the only reason she got strong was because God helped her overpower Orochi's influence, and she still couldn't completely overpower him. He was built different. Regardless of who is stronger, it's a safe bet that Psyrochi would have been way stronger if Orochi wasn't massively weakened when they fused, not to mention Psykos is trash at fighting compared to Orochi which is why Tatsumaki mocked her. I still think that Tatsumaki would have won at full power against Orochi, but I think it would have been an insanely hard fight, she was able to easily block some of Psyrochi's beams, but the Gaia cannon is stronger than any of the beams she blocked so while I think she could block it, I think it would tax her significantly. Regardless of who'd win though it's clear that Orochi isn't weak at all like the other guy said and I'm upset we didn't get to see the S class's reaction to Orochi copying Silverfang and then Bomb's technique. We know how much better those two are fighting than the other heroes involved so them seeing they are fighting a much stronger version of either of them would probably scare them shitless lol. It's kind of like what happened with Boros, although at least the heroes fought a version of Orochi and knew about him, they still have no idea Boros even exists and that he almost nuked the planet.
