Jo, if you are reading this, which I hope you are, then listen : This is a masterpiece, and you are a Master. I have been following your videos since I was 6, and now I am 11 and I love the difficulty and hardships 9f origami, folding is like an emotional roller coaster and I love the process. This love could not have been possible without your teachings and I just want to Thank you for all that you have done.
I did v1 and v2 and still do your origamis. I'm 10 years old, so making all your origamis is one of my personal goals. Thanks for the great tutorials that always make time fly
Hello! I have only one hand (since 4 years ago), but I decided to try out your dragon, since we have origami topic in our work (I work at a puppet theatre). It was really fun to make even one-handed. Your tutorial is awesome!
@@billdanias411 Because he is showing it slowly and especially because he didn't put loud annoying background music. And the instructions in the corner are very helpful as well.
you are so good at creating origami models!Every time I try to create one like you,I will always end up with something that no one in my family could tell what that is!
Mr nakashima, as someone who loves making dragons, it makes me so excited to see a new dragon model!! See, I have been subscribed to you since I was a child. When I was about 8, I came across your channel and I immediately fell in love with origami. I can proudly say I’ve made at least one of almost every model you have made, and as a child I’d dream of being an origami master like yourself. As of right now, I’m 16 about to turn 17. I’m currently moving through highschool, and I’m on my way to making a career in the arts. Yet still, after 9 years I’m still absolutely in love with origami, and I make origami almost every day. Ive improved beyond what i could have imagined, but I will never stop being inspired by you. For any free time I get, I will start making origami’s that I have learned from you. My favorite is making dragons then giving them to people, just to see people smile. I’ve actually made so many dragons that I can’t afford to bring anymore home, because my mom will tell me “we already have WAY too much origami literally EVERYWHERE” As a fan, I really look forward to your future designs!! One more thing, it’s up to you wether or not you will fulfill this request, but would you make a new dragon design with a higher difficulty level? I would just love to test my skills with something like that. With love from a fan of 9 years!!
I love how jo makes it so that you can follow his videos in real time and you don't have to pause. A lot of other origami channels go super fast, so a 10 min vid to them is actually going to take 30 min, but jo goes at the pace at which normal people go.
I just made this, in red paper 23cmx23cm, for my dear friend on her 60th birthday as she is of the year of the dragon. I was 60 last year and I’m still enjoying this special birthday year. It took me 3hours, I haven’t practiced origami for a few years. But I got there in the end! A great tutorial, thank you so much Jo. I think my friend is gonna love her special dragon.
I have to say, the diagrams in the corner make this SO MUCH easier. Sometimes your hands get in the way, but the diagrams have always cleared up what's actually going on. This honestly feels like a paid service, it's that professional. Also you're the person who got me into origami, so congrats on that.
I started doing origami at a very young age because of a Chick-fil-A kids meal. After losing my mind when making a dog face I began to watch tutorials and then found my way to your channel. It's been about 6-7 years and I'm still folding.
Thank you for this amazing, easy-to-follow tutorial! This is the first time that I have ever tried to fold something more complex than a paper crane, and the way you presented each step made perfect sense to me.
Been practicing Origami since 2012... Have been watching your tutorials since a long time, and dragons have been a personal favourite always!!! Thank you so much, Origami relaxes me a lot. Cheers🥂
Jo, you're ridiculously good at making really good to follow tutorials. Yours are my favourite to follow!! Thanks to you I can grow my army of beautiful dragons and make good use of my waste paper :D
I love this model so much! It goes right into a display case! The steps aren't hard at all! If you made some of his other dragons, this is simply just an upgrade! Thanks Jo for making amazing origami creations! :)
This was my first time ever making origami, and well… I only had 9x9 construction paper. It was going decent until the head, where everything started to tear and become unusable. I was very close on giving up, but decided to continue on by myself! It may not look like the one in the video, but I love it. Because of all the tears and bends, I decided to make a zombie-like dragon, which was perfect to me. I love my lil lad, I wouldn’t have been able to make him without this video
Thank you Jo!!!!!!!!!! I had a lot of trouble but finally made it on the 8th try thanks for all ur advices and help ur the best origami youtuber on youtube
Whoa.... Me before quarantine: Not... enough... time... Me when quarantine starts: Yes, now I can finally do origami!! Me after the video: ...ooooooooor not...
Whenever I hear Moon lounge omicron prime elsewhere I always think origami because of your channel, and it's so nice to see that you haven't changed the music at all!
I’m still amazed of how a square piece of paper can create something so beautiful. I had a fun time spending 1.2 hours creating this. Now it sits beside my other dragons. Thank you, Love you videos! :)
I know it's not just me but who else remembers how to fold all these by memory too? After I told something 2 or 3 times I swear I cant ever forget how to fold it and I just get better and better at it each time!
I read somebody’s comment saying that you went at a normal speed, which is really awesome. Usually, on your videos, I can keep up sometimes. But I still usually pause to get everything right. This looks awesome! Definitely folding!
I loved this one! The first one was my favourite for the longest time, simple, clean, amazing This one kinda looks like Jeremy Shafer's model, leaner than the first two Amazing work as always!
Again, a very nice, not too complex model! Had much fun folding it! BTW: I used the flap underneath the head to form a snout with nostrils; adding some details. I also used the pleat fold at the wings/body to do a swivel fold on the wings to make them a bit slender and hide the pleat fold.
you make really cool stuff! I made your origami turtle and gave it to my sister for her birthday, and she loved it! Thank you for your helpful unique tutorials.
Great model. I remember 4 years ago I made your first dragon with great difficulty. Of course in 4 years I have made a lot more complex model(recently I made the ancient dragon) however it's great to see how your channel has grew and I will definitely make this one sometime. And I absolutely love your tutorials.

It was really fun! I did the wings and legs a bit wrong, but I’m still happy with what it looks like!
