Sonic Rift is an obvious fake leak. Plus it's semi-confirmed the game is called Sonic Rangers
@@unbelievable8833 Nope. Officially confirmed. Sega accidentally leaked it in their own press release. They immediately deleted it of course, but the "damage" was already done.

This is how Naoto Oshima wanted Sonic CD to work, seemless time travel or in this case teleportation.

They limited his speed so much he doesn't even get past the jogging animation

I’m guessing they capped his speed quite badly in 2D to make it easier for players to react to what’s coming.

it felt so sluggish to watch this, there were so many points where i would have done the teeniest dash to keep going fast, I was just mashing my own imaginary boost button the whole video, but of course Blue V doesn't want this video flagged with an epilepsy warning so i guess I understand :P
It would be even better if there was a giant ring in front of Sonic, then it would make more sense for him to teleport to another game! 👍

For some reason, this reminds me of an old rumour called Sonic Ruin. And in Brazil, Bom means good, and Ruim means bad. So if Sonic Boom is "Ruim", then Sonic Ruin is "Bom" haha.

You know? I just realized something. To keep the stages as one never ending section, is to boost. If you just head for the goal then well. The stage is over.

@@marni9781 The mod concept has a trick, if you boost, and keep changing of game, there’s probably no chance you’ll ever reach a goal ring, since everytime you boost, you go in the middle of an another game, but apparently, never at the end of any stage, that’s what he meant though his sentence was a bit weird.
Can you imagine if they used the technology from the new Ratchet and Clank to make the new Sonic

This really puts into perspective how good Sonic Forces looked. Perhaps the gameplay wasn't quite as excellent and the stages super short and boring, but the lighting effects and other graphic touches were simply brilliant. Effect of being on next-gen I guess.

Heavily reminds me of the program that switches between the original 3 games every time you get a ring, however this is obviously a bit more controllable. An interesting concept but I think it would work best if the boost opened up portals after being "charged" or something.

If Sonic Generations was set in the style of Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, with the dimensions and timeline falling apart more. It would show the Time Eater had torn through time, as mentioned by Tails in Generations.
