Hey brother... I play Shang Tsung for 30 years,(since MK 2) and Quan Chi little bit less... I just want to say thanx for everything you do for us, Shang players... Also, you are probably the nicest guy I ve ever seen... You are not toxic, unlike 90 % of these kids today... Huge respect bro... I think you mentioned you play on PC... If that's true I wish we can practice a little bit... As a 40 year old MK player I don't have any of my friends playing this game, as a matter of fact they all hate it... Ya i really like scorpion with shang. Tough as all hell to get his combos with flame breath down but its damn good
I have played with only lao as shang but after trying stryker i cant go back. The +6 after your F4 string is amazing. Also while lao only hit low you can mix with stryker after the f4 string which is a neat addition to an already amazing choice.
Stryker is so much fun! While Lao is strong he gets boring after a while it feels like he's the new cyrax

im learing shang tsung today and i made a 50% combo with him 😁
Can you make a vid breaking down different kameos for shang and why? I’m actively trying to learn him and so many seem good.
My main is li Mei and she luckily has a go to “best” kameo with scorpion, but shang seems like a lot could work
I made a Kameo guide for him but it in short almost every Kameo besides sonya/tremor/Jax works with shang. He was designed to work without them and he mostly uses them for pressure. Lao, Kano, Stryker, Sub are the best choices followed by the rest

Lovin shang as a new player, but pls stop complainin ab the sweat. Its a competitve game in a comp genre. Sbmm works on ur lobbies. Being willing to lose sum if u dont want ts.

@@Raivazz btw the ground skull into the spikes brutality was sick… I’ve never done that. I’ve been trying to see if it’s possible to combo the ground skull brutality but I think they have to be grounded? I know the ex version can brutality.. I haven’t tried it yet
To get the default colour you will have to wait until his invasions season unfortunately. Alt colours are available now though.

Using stryker/kano after f4121-df 2 into young for maximum chip dmg and safe on block. Motaro reflecting projectile which you can launch with ex ground skulls into full combo
