I'm practicing and I'm in love. Thank you for such liberating content. It's something on a spiritual level, do you realize that? I understand that they treat it in an academic-psychological way, but this work has a cosmic-spiritual transformation.

brilliant and helpful iam in the its im posssible money realtionsship,
when i want to stay longer with the parts someting is saying it is pointless it does not help
My entanglement is: I want to trust the focusing process. But at times I feel like it's bullshit, or misleading, or much less effective than I thought it would be and I can't trust the process.
