- Honda Fit - a very popular vehicle from our neighboring countries, driving around in South Africa. This vehicle is stolen very often in South Africa and then duplicated due to the fact that it is not on the SA vehicle register. However even though stolen , when it is fitted with a good location device and taken into a basement we will get the signals. Look at the area and see how many auto repairers there are. Not all are legit. Many are chop-shops.

Assuming the spacing of motorway light standards to be the same as the railway catenary, I estimate speeds of around 200 - 220 kph in places for NoJack. I think I'll look closely at a VW or a Skoda next time!

Quick question Anton, have you ever been stopped by the police for your driving as you are security and not emergency services. Maybe the rules are different there but here we don't allow security firms to drive like this. But to be fair you are a professional driver and trained . Most drivers here are just average Joe's driving security vehicles.

When I was hijacked Netstar got my vehicle back, but people at times would rather not want it back, my vehicle was missing the ashtray, cabby door was broken, hooter from the steering wheel was broken off, spare wheel gone, and for some reason, even though they had my keys, the ignition was busted, did not recover my keys, ended up replacing all the locks and gear-lock in my car for being afraid they would come back and steel my vehicle again with keys. When I got my car back, I could not get the fingerprint dust of the outside panels for weeks, no matter how hard I tried. Soooo, no thank you, they can keep it.
