You know the lawyer, through the whole call was just "OMG! WTF?!?" And hats off to the lady - she wasn't super well spoken in the court (but better than some), but in the phone call, she played it *perfectly* - didn't try to argue with him, just "What's the end game here? Even if everything you say is true, it's still none of your business? How do I get you to leave me alone?"
That thank you the lawyer gave after the judge told her she would like her to do guardianship work in her court. 😭 You could hear her appreciation and understanding of what a big compliment that was. And a well deserved one! Kudos to Judge Manning too for not only recognizing what an effective advocate she is, but for calling attention to it. Like ya'll pointed out, some of these cases are rough. And I sincerely believe sometimes a little recognition for a job well done can mean the difference between sticking with it or throwing in the towel to head to an easier field like homicide in New York. 😂 Warmed the cockles of my heart.

I think he thought she was just rambling and there was no real basis for the TPO at first until he said she's going to end up in a body bag. So he probably thought this was just her rambling and it would have simply ended with a I'm no longer talking to you hang up the phone. Like he's being a nuisance but your life isn't in danger but then the whole you'll end up in a body bag changes the conversation.
For everyone feeling sorry for the guy not paying support, you need to realize that amounts were set at divorce proceedings. If his circumstances changed, he had a route to pursue relief. He just can't negotiate during the contempt hearing.

Bankruptcy does not apply to child support... Courts only order payments based on income and do not take into acount the expenses like car, ins,rent,food.. It only $12K a year to give exwife.. Men have to sell and get rid of everything, move to a low rent apt and the woman gets to live in the house and can use his money towards her personal expenses. Send him to jail.. that will help even more to get the child support paid... Judges need to realize people cant pull money out ofthin air. Just a load of crap hs personal expenses are not calculated with amount... Just let him have child 50% of the time to relieve the burden from MOM and se wont' need his money !

From what i've read about Rekieta Law being removed, he threatened to line Keffals up against the wall and shoot her, and then doxed all her followers who sent complaints about his conduct to the Minnesota Bar Association.... so he's been deplatformed across everything.
Ive seen the clip where he does say that, and personally, he should be deplatformed and disbarred for his comments.

@@jamesplymire5342 I quit in 2009 after about 40 years. Quitting smoking programs aren't mutually exclusive, so do as many as you can. Avoid drinking beer or coffee in front of a computer screen. Chantix helped me. And so did writing in a journal, if only to keep my hands occupied.
Oh, and run over as many parking cones as you can. It's not like parallel parking. Hitting the cones is allowed!

Late to the show. This guy is doing as well as my ex when he filed a motion to lower child support. Came out of the hearing not only still paying the same, but owing me half my attorney fees AND thousands in back pay for day care I never went after him for that he never paid. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
