Take all these units, multiply them by 15 and you are still 7 million short of the population of Tokyo. Tokyo must be incredibly laggy.
This Number is for the metropolitan Area, not the city though, right?
@@Azaghal1988 yep annoys me that people confuse this. Tokyo is a region not a city. If New York and London created a region around the city with the same area as Tokyo their populations would be over 25million each.

In ww2 the Americans were armed with longer range 30-06 semi auto m1 garands predominantly not 45 acp short range Thompsons while germany had their kar98k 8mm bolt action longer range rifles.
I'd like to see that more historically representative match.
The Americans would have got trashed given equal numbers of men and resources.
The Americans and British only won later on because the Germans were severely depleted by the war in the East and heavy bombing.

I'd say the Germans would be the stronger unit. The range will make a huge difference, the Germans whole line will be able to fire while the Americans will be forced to try and flank because they won't be able to reach all the while they'll be taking fire and losing numbers.
Also the fact that they are more accurate helps so they don't just spam fire and deal damage over a range of enemies and not getting many kills like the minivans they also seem to 2 shot kill which is way better than like 4 shot kill
That was same with Nazis vs Soviets where Nazis were more experienced than the Soviets, but the Soviets had the numbers
Because they are using shotguns in a long range fight. God why shot guns as a primary like an M1 Garand would be better
The soldiers of the German army in the 2 World Wars were simply Superior to their opponents 1 to 1, You only have to see the casualties in most of the battles that the Allies fought against the Germans, the Latter almost always suffered fewer casualties than their enemies despite having numerical inferiority. But in the end the superiority of personnel and resources ended up overcoming the tactics and effectiveness of the Germans.

Basic battle maths here
The troopers seem to have about the same HP.
The Americans seem to have more individual DPS
The germans have slightly longer range.
Now, you might wonder how the germans having greater range lets them overcome the American DPS in a big open field like this.
Bassically, the Americans have to push forward to get there frontline to engage the German frontline. So the German's 2nd, 3rd, and 4th lines can also engage the American frontline. Which causes the germans to have higher effective DPS, killing off the Americans faster.
If the two lines started right on top of each other, the outcome would be very heavily in favour of the Americans, as there wouldn't be enough extra german backline engaged to overcome the Americans frontline.
Battle maths. Very fun topic.
Also Germany doesn't missnevery shot and kills in 2 shots making them have more kills than the Americans which spray and pray and deal their damage onto multiple enemies leading to less kills because they cannot focus one guy
If the Americans had been equipped with garands I’d expect the battle to be much much closer. Giving one side battle rifles while the other has SMGs isn’t really a fair fight.
Might be interesting to re-run, with the Germans using MP-40s (or even STG-44s!) and the Americans using Garands. I’d expect the opposite outcome than we saw in this video.

@@seand0112 Actually, in another video, Daley modded the German KAR98 to have the statistics of MG42s… so it would be entirely possible to set the weapons of BOTH sides to be of equitable types.

To see how much luck of terrain has an effect, you should run this twice in a row but switch sides and see what happens.

My first thought was the sun darkening sandstorm with hand to hand visibility that would have ensued from 2 million guys sprinting across the sand dunes like that and thousands of bullets impacting the sand they would have been fighting in almost pitch black within the first couple of minutes.

Hi! I just found your channel a few hours ago and it's nice to watch when I can't find anything else... So far... Now that I think about it, I feel that comment will come off as an insult...
Anyways, may I make a request? I'd like to see... All the god units from 2 videos ago, (every UEBS 2 God unit vs 5 million zombies!) Fight 1 million zombies by themselves, just to see who's the strongest in numbers (And maybe time.) Then make the strongest 4 god units fight each other in a 1v1. Example being... Chunk Norris vs the super spammy tank. You pin the god units by themselves against however many zombies you choose, then, whatever units kill all the zombies and kill them the fastest get to fight the other 3 God units.
You can do it on a map with no water nearby, so water can't help the god units.
Sorry if I didn't explain well or it's too complicated.
Hope they add more modern varieties of units here, some different varieties of germans and Americans would be cool. Maybe add some Soviets with a faster running speed? I'm not sure what we could do for them, they always had the numbers so speed came to mind. Probably add a Soviet sniper unit into the game. Though I still think they should do medieval and ancient to, add some lotr units.
I would imagine that the gunfire would add a lot to the lag
The Thomson wasn’t as proliferate as the M1A Garand rifle. Should have used a mix.
I still think this game is witch craft! It can let 2,000,000 bullet firing, individual running, galon bleeding units, each decently textured. I love it
Rerun this battle but separate the armies further. This map looks like it has a variety of flat and raised terrain that could change the flow of battle.
If there was an American unit that had the M1 Garand then it might have been a little more balanced😎

It's the terrain. The Marines have to go uphill giving them a disadvantage. Look at how the blood flows down to the US troops almost through out the entire line. Especially since they are using an SMG....

those high speed moments from close to one side just results in massive glare from the number of bullets. A higher view would give a better speed play.
Just accept that the german army was just way beter than any other army (if they have the same numbers as their enemys, wich they rarely had!)

@@alexdewald1982 uh yeah numbers do matter too you know. for every Soviet killed during the battles in WW2 10 more would come out. Soviets were like hydras, the more you killed the more would come. That's how they defeated the Germans, every German killed was actually hurting their army every Soviet killed was just replaced with 10 more Soviets. Americans were basically the same against Japan they put out more ships than Japanese pilots could destroy with their kamikaze attacks

So why exactly can't the US soldiers use their standard issue M1 rifle? During the time frame they had a massive advantage over all other armies of the time by having an 8 round clip (yes a clip) semi auto rifle with a full power rifle cartridge that actually has a little more range than all other militaries rifle.
The Legend sais the Germans are still trying to connect their flanks as it was not shown in the end of the video.

Could you try to make it rain rocks by using a catapult and buffing its firerate x1000 and its range and by x1000 and also its hp to maybe 1250 and then put it up against 1 million melee units

For realism the US should of had a mix of garands carbines and various smgs and the Germans k98s, gewehrs, mp38, mp40, and stg
Daley I think I know why this battle turned out the way it did, cause in most of your battles they Germans were grouped up and henceforth could pack a mighter punch, but there they were more spread out henceforth they got cut down

I dont think a 13 min video was needed to figure out the rezult. Still a fun fight to see, but the Germans had that from the start. Long ago i did a UEBS1 fight Germans vs. US, and even vith numbers advantage the US lost. I think the vid is stil on my channel here on yt.

WW2 Germans were battle hardened considering they just finished dealing with WW1. Americans at this point were war virgins.
America fought in world war one too.
And with the 21 years between the 2 wars, not many of the troops on the front lines of either millitary would have much personal "battle hardening" from WWI.

And none of the 18 year old troops that got fed into the front lines had war experience before showing up, so i dont really see the need to point that out when it applies to both sides.

in a pitch battle like this the Germans would loose because The fire rate of the M-1 rifle is faster than the bolt action rifle of the Germans.
The Americans seem to be shooting at the sky a lot, so they're just wasting ammo. Why aren't they armed with M1 Garands, which were the mainstay of the American infantry? With Garands, they'd have won, quite easily.

The power scaling between the German and Americans makes sense since Germany knew how dangerous America was during WW2 and wanted to play it safe
