Hey, lovely to see this and thanks for the mention, 5 stone gone but such a limited diet I only stick to it out of fear until the damn thing is out, im also on HRT and love it but had a raise in BP too so on some meds for that but it was under control pretty quick and like yours wasn't scary high xx
Hi Sharon. You’re obviously keeping an eye on your BP , that’s what caused my husband’s stroke at 59 , hospital advised to get it under 140 , drink plenty of water , meds were the only way ! Great to see your vlog x
It is on the whole below 140. The water I struggle with - which is pathetic ! Not exactly difficult. I do sometimes Have a drink in the night or it or I’ll take a bottle in the car. I’m paranoid about peeing xx
My blood pressure is perfect. 129 over 70/80. lol. Have been on tablets for years!!! I’m also on cholesterol tablets too. But b thankful we have tablets to keep us alive. I hate mammograms - the most degrading thing is when she lifted my belly up so I could get close to the machine lol. Xxxxx.
@@sharon-startingafreshat50I think they’re now saying 140/90 is acceptable in uk because I’m on bp tabs and my gp was quite happy with that reading from me last week. I’m sure they’ve told me in the past to get it down to 130/80 so think the goalposts are constantly moving. 🤪When I was nursing (many years ago) we used to say that as long as the bottom number was under 90 and the top number was no more than 100 + your age then it was fine! 😅
Your definitely not passing away yet, Iv just been given 2 lots of meds as my readings were between 205/80 & 198/70..I only took it because I was getting headaches, its slowly coming down now, & I had ecg yesterday so got to wait for those results! So if I'm still alive I'm sure you'll be here a while yet 😁 Love to see your gorgeous face back again..xx

Ah thank you. I was thinking how old I look. I’m nearly 55 obviously I’m not going to look smooth skinned. Gonna go a few more years then get the face lifted ! No fillers or Botox xx mind you I love deans wrinkles ! He’s always laughing, so laughter lines ! (Builder who has never worn sunscreen ?) xxx
When you take your blood pressure . Sit for 5 mins with your feet on the floor & take two readings & take the second reading . That should help with a stable reading . X
Hi Sharon. Don't say you don't exercise. The walking you do is plenty. That should help the stress and high blood pressure moments we all get sometimes. You look wonderful. Keep hanging in there. Happy Easter.

Dr Ken Berry on YT says that independent doctors in the US (not controlled by big pharma) agree BP is around 140/90.....everyone is different 🙂

Yes it’s exercise - I try to walk to Hatfield when I’m back here too xx
