An Introduction to the Montessori Math Curriculum

I'm very interested in this kind of schooling... can you tell me a bit more about how your experience of a Montessori school has been?
It's really outrageous that these obviously more human-mind-oriented methods are not applied across the board...

This system doesn't seem that good. This poor 3rd grade girl spends 8 minutes on a simple math problem using this method, gets the answer wrong, and then using the standard method to answer it correctly in 1 minute: search UA-cam for "The unintended consequences of the Investigations Math"
