I just love your conversation! You're so funny and positive! When you were making the water droplets on the first card and said you were running amok, I just lost it! Also, when I see Sunny, I have to smile. He doesn't even look real, he's so patient!
Pam, "Take every day as a blessing". I count it a blessing every morning I wake to a new day, Psalms 118:24 KJV, “This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” I enjoy sitting on my back porch each morning praying for my family and friends as they're starting their day going to work, the grandchildren going to school, listening to the birds singing, watching the Rider Squirrel Family eat breakfast and also watching my dog as she goes around the yard sniffing for strangers, (opossums, cats or even a raccoon every now and then), that may have come in the backyard during the night. What a way to start my day. Then I go inside for coffee, Decaf of course with Splenda and 2% milk with ice. My favorite, ice coffee. And just like that my day has begun. Thank you for sharing your videos with us 😊. You have so much information to share. I like your humor and the way you just create and it doesn't bother you to make happy mistakes, you've taught me to make something good out of the mistakes and move on. Be Blessed, Safe and Healthy, Grandma from North Florida 🇺🇸
Tom is a very lucky man to have such a wonderful woman and journal maker like you Pam Your so amazing And Sunshine just adds to the smiles and happiness of Pam from The Paper Outpost
Hi Pam, love your channel! Been binge watching since I discovered it a couple of months ago. Get some great ideas watching and a lot of laughs. Sunny is the cutest little guy ever! I wanted to share a funny little story with you that will highlight just how many episodes of your show I have watched. I was helping my husband yesterday to repair fences. I was wearing an old pair of patched jeans for working in and happened to think how I had glued one side of the patch with fabri fix glue when I had noticed it coming apart. And it's still holding beautifully! So I said to him, "Hey, look how well my jeans are holding up with fabric fix glue. I never missed a beat or even thought about it and went on to say "fabric to fabric, fabric to paper, and paper to paper. He gave me a totally blank look and said, huh? Then turned back to the fence while I stood there laughing as if it was the best joke ever. Now I ask you, have I been watching or what! 😅
Good morning Pam, fabulous cards, love the images. Love how you help us to stay “free” with our crafting. No rules, just create with what we have. Thank you so much! Nu Vo drops having constipation LOL I had a great laugh with that comment! 😂 love all the variations you created. Thanks for sharing. Have a blessed day hugs to you 🤗❤️🙏
Love love your humor and all your commentary throughout your videos. And your "Sonny " voice even when Sonny isn't around you. Thank you for all your wonderful ideas for our journals. And your messiness is just like what i have going on here myself. Things get organized and then BOOM............... huge mess is all over my table again. All a part of creating with abandon.
Thank you so much Pam! Today, (5/8/23) I received my Fundable package for May (super fast shipping)! It’s absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend that all your subscribers purchase one of these fundables! Couldn’t be happier with everything, it’s all of excellent quality, and I can’t wait to use the papers. One thing though, next time please send a paw signed photo of Sunny! We all love that perfectly pampered pooch! ❤
Finally got hold of the "Worn Lipstick" ink pad...Love it! I went too far in trying to make perfect journals, bad idea. Now I am back to true junk journal making. It is so freeing to create with abandon. Thank you Pam.😍
Good ideas for decoration! I sometimes enhance flowers by painting them with Diamond Glaze liquid - gives some dimension and a pretty shine as well. I am all for easy but effective additions to plainer pictures. Thanks.
Thank you, thank you Pam, for giving me permission to not worry about what others think of me or my work. I drive myself crazy worrying about if someone would like it or how will I sell it if no one likes it or who will I give this to. I don't know anyone that gets into junk journals. I didn't even know they existed until I came across your channel. I'm still not sure I get it 100%.
you could also take the top of a pencil and twist the fabric as you lay it down on the glue and hold it a bit and that should give the same effect and scrunching it with your fingers
Pam, we're moving house, I'm taking my supplies with me, try that once! I really have collected too much, but will take with & decide on it there, I'll have all fall & winter, hopefully. Enjoying your ideas, have fun everyone!
Hi Pam, love those beautiful pics! I have made something like them, but will have to make them again! Also I love your pink nail polish it's beautiful! Yours nails look gorgeous! Sunny is such a cutie! 🐾 Thanks for sharing! ❤️ ☺️🌷🫂🍄
Thanks for sharing all these wonderful ideas and encouraging creativity. Didn't have guilding wax...found some metallic gold paint...watered it down and applied sparingly with a sponge....not a bad result. Then I found some old eye shadows and I was off to the races. Got some foundation and that faired pretty well, too. Thanks, again!
Goooood morning, Pam & fellow paper aficionados! Hoping this week is amazing for everyone. Yesterday, I cut up a bunch of flower pics from a magazine... they'll be perfect to play with. (Btw, folks... you can easily find free catalogs and brochures online. I recommend creating a new email, one JUST for "junk", to sign up to these websites. You can find a LOT of interesting stuff for free online. For flowers/plants, you'd focus on seed catalogs or botanical brochures, while those who love maps & travel might want to look for stuff related to that. Or, like me, you can't decide and end up with way too much junk hitting your mail for a few months before it drops down again. ;) ) As always, Pam... I remain in awe at your creativity. Edited to add: hehe, Pam... you and organization. You actually are really good about that initial push for organization. You get it done. It's MAINTAINING it where the struggle really hits. (Same, although I'm dragging my feet on my own organization overhaul, with stuff still in totes & boxes... but I'm slowly getting there, all while knowing it won't last more than a month after I finish before it looks like i never even tried lol) No... I take it back. I think the struggle actually starts with multi-day projects. I know I'm pretty tired after a crafty session and I don't want to put everything I pulled out back up... cus I know I'll need them again. If it's certain papers, etc, then putting them back means I risk forgetting it, or not seeing it when I do look for it. That is ALWAYS the point where it starts getting chaotic in my crafty area once again. This time, I have a few shallowish baskets to put my multi-day projects into for that "oh, I'll need all this again..." laziness. I just put everything into one or two of the baskets (I have four total). You can even go a bit further and have various sizes of baskets or "project collection collectors" for various needs. I've used sturdy lids with lips, repurpose various boxes, etc, before I got a few baskets just for this. Once the project is done, it's easy to grab everything left and put them in their respective spots. (Well, it will be again once my space is actually organized and labeled. Before I realized my old organization wasn't working AT ALL, using my lids & boxes for projects saved my sanity... and my stuff from a cat that likes to test gravity lol) Oh. Btw... anyone with a cat who "tests gravity" constantly and who would like their shelves to be for holding stuff... I highly recommend Museum Wax. It's hard to describe, but it's like.. a waxy putty that is very easy to remove and is useful for a LOT of applications. It's used by museums to secure priceless items to displays. It's clear/ish & odorless, and the larger tub I got will last me probably 10 years or more. It works so well! Even my baskets of stuff, which she was amazing at flipping onto the floor, are safe - and yet, I can still pull the whole basket down & put it back up with only a little extra "twist and tug" movement. Each of my baskets has some in all 4 corners and in the center, and... they only move when - I - want them to.
I just doing Nora Jane Etsy shop and got like 10 of her stamps and absolutely love them.. will def be ordering more.. I enjoy the handheld ones myself.. but an so glad I found her on Etsy because if you 😂😁.. great project btw.. 💜💜✌️
Love the Embellishment Cards! I do this all the time! A little lace and inked edges, added bling makes all the difference! I love the idea of drawing lines on the back! I will be using this idea! TFS - Crafty Hugs, Christal

New to your channel…loving it! Started a travel journal and I’m now obsessed. I’m trying to leave plenty of space for all the junk I pick up along the way, and it’s multi city travel so….adding pockets etc etc….all ideas welcome. Do a travel junk journal!
Hey Pam! I just recently purchased the bottles like you use for your glue. What do you use as a "stopped?" I thought I'd use a headpin from jewelry making but it's just a tad bit small. If I store them upside down I'm afraid they will leak.
That's one reason I like you because some people don't have money for all that fancy stuff and you show us other ways .thank you
