Also didn't expect my silly comment to get noticed enough for 2 people to respond.
The Ulula buff is one of my favorite changes that has come with BC. I went 22-7 using her to climb to prorank, and that includes experimenting and switching some cards.
I have quite a similar deck however I do use Fucusya for the Ulula res, and also I have 2x AC marauder instead of AC Warrior. Even with random, every ping doubles with Ulula to 9, while warrior is just a 8 point play from graveyard.
Glad to see you back also glad to see Gwent make a small update for rewards always makes me want to grind

Yeah I did end up making a Rain deck a couple weeks ago but the Singers weren't good enough in it so I had to cut them.
Love the vids! I feel like herkja was very good to pair with ulula but kinda problematic without defender
Herjka is just too weak unfortunately. I tried her out but she's too easy to remove.
I think cutting out eist and keeping harald might even be an option too for the bog deck. You don't always get the bloodthirst for eist and svanrige is significantly cheaper
Maybe. Eist is good without the Bloodthirst but Svanrige is also pretty solid. The provision savings might be worth it, and Harald has been doing quite well for me.

Lined Pockets is underated espescially with Open Sesame you can just trigger 1 coin at a time and reuven treasure got buffed

you should go for more yolo big balls plays man. against dwarfs if you just bit the bullet and killed the defender then killed the chariot, that completely shuts off brouver. stopping brouver for even 2 turns more than makes up for the point difference between bringing back invader and bringing back a 3 bleed guy.
I actually couldn't have stopped any Brouver turns. I couldn't kill the Defender until there were we both we down to 4 cards (I said it at 5 but Brouver booster the Defender out of Hjalmar range which I realized after saying it and didn't mention). At that point he has 1 more turn of Brouver from the Chariot before I would kill it with Skjordal and then 2 ways to give 2 armor from the Leader Charge and Paulie. With only 1 more damage card in hand (the War of Clans) and the leader and Paulie both giving a way to get more armor he gets Brouver's effect each turn no matter what I do.
@@platinumpatrol2964 Maybe, but at the same time, it's not like you were expecting paulie either. You also wasted turns drawing cards when there's nothing helpful in deck. You got some pings in, but if you started hitting the defender when it appeared, you could have killed it on the 6/5 turn. This is the turn where opp plays company so the only way to save chariot is if he plays both tempering and scoundrel the next turn after you play first clash. Even if he does so, you can now choose targets and, for example, take off armor from 3 or 4 dwarfs with the 321 guy. You would also gain some points from a not full row scoundrel and not having to hit the 2 armor from tempering. There are 4 turns remaining for opp after this and you still have 3 pings from discard package and one from harald. I'm too lazy to do the math, but killing the defender, getting some counterplay opportunity, and forcing the opponent to make some decisions just feels like it's objectively better than hitting armor over and over on one unit and then losing to literally any tall punish. Remember the guy actually lost 3 points because he was trying for the meme triple scorch.
@@LordObsidian1250 Sure I might not have expected Paulie, but I did expect another way to give armor (Barclay). I don't think the drawing and Coral pings were wasted turns either. The 50/50 on Coral's damage puts the Defender in range of Hjalmar and Rite would have been an incredibly useful card to draw (and was what I was looking for). Ulula would give enough reach to kill the Defender and add a ton of value with Harald and the War of Clans.
If I do just go War of Clans into Hjalmar right away and the Defender dies, without having played Coral and her damage it I actually can't kill the Chariot with 1 card. I'd have to play Skjordal and hope the RNG from Harald kills it and probably have to hit it with War of Clans the following turn. That doesn't leave me enough damage to kill the Brouver though and I'm stuck relying on Coral RNG discard pings to kill him. I think I would do the same thing again if I was in the same situation.
Im kind of sad I can see ulula being nerfed hard for having a 10% win rate. Even if it is that good.
