@@arrow1414 Honestly beating on any muscle can cause hemorrhaging but it is rare but fun to watch only two people still do that in my gym I was told it helps with blood flow.

I'm impressed with all five of the main characters in this scene. Good comedy scene. Donnie Yen's career really launched with this. Wish we saw more of Shirley Tan (the woman Donnie Yen's character was challenging in the gym). She could've played some serious sidekick and villain roles, or did more physical comedy skits like this one. If nothing else, she's great in terms of comedic reactions.
