Beautiful! I've been researching shamanic music, and came across mention of horse race songs (along with wrestling matches and other kinds of announcement songs). I was thinking of composing such a song myself, but I needed some input from a traditional player so I can build my own version but still be rooted in tradition. I was originally planning the song as a duet, but I don't know any other jaw harpist... so, maybe I'll try to convey the race solo, as you excellently did! Also I was hoping to include some context, such as a historical horse race, or a traditional folk tale involving such a race... is there any story from your people that comes to mind?
