XBOX One ON / OFF or EJECT Not Working? How To REPLACE Front Panel

If your XBOX One (Original) doesn't switch on, or eject button doesn't work, then it could be because your front panel / faceplate is faulty.
It happens!

First, if it doesn't switch on, I recommend trying another power supply brick (if you know a friend who has one)
Otherwise, you might need to replace the faceplate.

i replaced the front panel and my xbox finally turned on. then turned off and wont turn on again. i dont think the front panel can be fried because there are no components on it, just ribbon. any ideas?
