Spend every day half an hour to read any good book except fiction books . Now I am over 73 years old . This one advice change my life . Today i have my companies in four continents Alhamdulliah . Pakistan's basic issues, for the hindrance in the growth of youth ,is the unstable and weak Government, who's busier on their own survival than their own people.. The main thing is "Corruption"which spreads in all sectors including education......
The primary impediment lies with the Army. Corruption is an unfortunate reality in every society; however, when the Army commands nearly 99% of a nation's resources and economy, the outcome is akin to the current state of Pakistan.
Pls promote skill development according to the aptitude of the individual. Mark it that AI itself is human development and can to be superior to to human mind, its only a machine which vastly work and nothing else. Your concentration is under domination of whats flowing. I congratulate you on conducting such a good program. Remember IT is not the only solution it is one of the solutions for our youth. I live in the UK and had experience with our youth who studied in Pakistan and came to the UK either for further studies or work are suffering a lot and doing odd jobs. At the moment what the world is ignoring is food security such as agriculture, livestock, etc. I will discuss with you in writing different options later in detail.

i must agree with the comments of irfan sahab and tanveer, on question of "what youth are thinking", Pakistan does not have opportunity even you have right IT skills, every software house want 3 to 5 years experience person, how do fresher get experience, and large manufacturer exploits on job salaries, so why we learn AI, qunatum computer and Devops and other skills if pakistan dont have opportunities for it and why we stay in Pakistan.
Virtual knowledge is just a support to get done physical task. Pls don't consider virtual knowledge is integral rather a fraction to get physical job done.

i must agree with the comments of irfan sahab and tanveer, on question of "what youth are thinking", Pakistan does not have opportunity even you have right IT skills, every software house want 3 to 5 years experience person, how do fresher get experience, and large manufacturer exploits on job salaries, so why we learn AI, qunatum computer and Devops and other skills if pakistan dont have opportunities for it and why we stay in Pakistan.
Virtual knowledge is just a support to get done physical task. Pls don't consider virtual knowledge is integral rather a fraction to get physical job done.
