And some of her fans may not like the fact that she's given a loveteam and some roles which are not very challenging for her but personally, I think GMA is trying to build her as a bida from a kontrabida. People have been telling her but she's stubborn. Feeling more wise than the people supporting her, she chooses to stay in a LT where the guy is dragging her down because she wants to play the ''loyal'' card forgetting that career and love don't always match and if Mavy is the one for her he would understand it. She'll only get what she deserves, it's already starting.

It seems like GMA wants her to venture into other genres so that we’ll see that she’s versatile, etc. I love that, actually, but lots of fans don’t think that there’s a need for that. Her role in KK already made people aware of her greatness in terms of acting. They should’ve pushed her the way ABS-CBN is doing with Maja Salvador. Most of Maja’s roles are mostly about revenge, or kontrabida, but the locals dig it every time. Gma should know that putting Ky in the loveteam isn’t making her more well known. It doesn’t apply to her na you need to be in a love team to be well known. She was a soloist in KK, but she outshadowed everyone there. Instead of a love team, GMA should’ve put more effort into casting her in good, high-budget shows.
