And just like with Guilty Gear and its Force Breaks, you gotta love the classic Musou attack/universal super move sound effect reserved for such "EX Moves". ESPECIALLY in a series that long has had attacks that didn't seem as special and were more combo-oriented attacks. Then they finally come and bother to give them "actual special attacks". Even though they're actually supposed to be called "Type Actions". Cool thought. Imagine the Koihime Musou and Nobuna Oda incarnations of the Three Kingdoms and Sengoku figures performing these same specials with their own twists. And please, no Ikki Tousen lol.
Good video, but there are a few things I'd like to note: the camera showed in some aerial R1 makes it hard to see the whole move (Jia Xu, Nezha), Ryu's air R1 is a grapple. Overall, very good video nonetheless.

Kinda wish they gave the ninja gaiden team a better masou. Should be more destructive then that. Ryu air gliding just seems like a flying squirrel attack.

Kiyomasa when maxed out with Frenzy and Blast has the strongest raw-damage R1 out of the rest tho.

Renji's voice actor actually voices Yue Jin.
Gan Ning is voiced by someone else, and he also voices Guan Suo believe it or not
But after watching this video, it does seem like a lot of characters fit the idea of Warriors: crowd-clearing chaos.

Jonathan Perez This guy fucked up with Ryu's air R1. If he lands it he stabs his sword into them and swipes outwards, clearing a large area with it.
