Cheese have protein and good fat...don't just focus on weight loss...focus on building muscles. If you will focus on building muscles the bad fat and cholesterol will automatically go away and you will be a healthy person. Protein and good fat are essential for having a healthy body with muscles not bad fat. So never avoid ghee, milk, aur cheese (ofcourse of good quality) along with strength building exercises.
If you already consume enough good fats in your diet in form of some other whole food then you can reduce or avoid cheese at all. If not then you can include cheese guilt free. Cheese is a milk derivative and has good quality fats. You'll be able to manage your fats better by using some fitness app. My fat budget is 50 grams for a day and I try to take as much fats as possible through whole foods, like paneer, eggs and nuts, instead of oils. Fats are one of the most misunderstood macros just like how protein is one of the most hyped macros. Remember our brain is made of fats and requires fat for maintaining itself. So you can include good quality fats in your diet upto your daily fat budget. Moreover whatever food you eat they might have vitamins like A, E or K and D too in some cases and these are all fat soluble vitamins. Your body will absorb these vitamins better if the meal has some good fats too.
