Thank you for this! A quick one what strategy would you suggest for a brand like Harley, which has recently not been very successful at innovating (E-bike segment), but has a solid brand equity and following?
Good question. They launched Livewire sub-brand and quickly realized that it wasnt good for their brand equity. Thats not what Harley is about. People were furious. Harley is about loud bikes and distinctive rumble. That’s why they decided to completely separate that e-bike section as a stand alone brand. I think it was a good move.
I have a question... those the brand strategy covers design thinking for business or that is separate? Because for me if you are trying to posting a brand, it still requires thinking process to get it right. I would love to hear you reply om this.

Love the quality and concise content, but would really appreciate if you add little pauses where needed because I find your video a little too fast to digest.
Thanks for the feedback, I just assumed that you would rather want to have a concise video that you can pause and rewond antytime rather than having long video with a lot of BS just playing for view time.

Hello arek, should all these brand strategy examples be applied on a business at the same time or should one just pick one strategy out from examples and work it?
These are just example to help you understand what's possible. You should develop a unique brand strategy for your brand.
Once we start our brand how do we remain consistent and how long does it usually take to establish good standing?
You remain consistent by sticking to your strategy fundamentals. Brand building takes time, but solid foundation will help you move faster, and in the right direction!

What I experienced, that images with lass Logos/brands, have much lesser impact on Social Media, like an image with lots of logos/brands. For example, an image with a sport car and one logo VS a picture witha car and a list, of car parts logos on it. Thanks!

May I ask is there's a clear fine line between purpose and vision? Thanks
Brand Purpose describes the WHY-why you do what you do, it's about every day work. Brand Vision, is about the future that you are ultimately working towards-what would ideal world look like? E.g. Taking Tesla as example, their purpose is "to accelerate transition to sustainable energy" (here and now, every day work), while their vision is "A world without fossil fuels" (the ultimate goal they're working towards).

Many times clients feel that their purpose and vision are the same. Can you please help with some examples to show the key difference between purpose & vision?
Purpose is WHY you do things you do, but Vision is „ideal future state” how would the World look like in perfect case scenario / the ultimare outcome youre working towards.

What is the difference between slogan and tagline?
Brands develop multiple slogans (for new advertising campaigns), but have only one tagline. Slogans can change every year (new campaign) but tagline is more like a brand name-it stays the same forever.
For a designer point of view ,your example pictures are too short when you show them. Give your audience time to digest the information. Even though you are talking, keep in mind you do have visual learners as well. Just something to consideration.
