Project Completion: City of Lougheed

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our work at The City of Lougheed project, in line with our mission to design and build industry-leading teams that construct the most iconic buildings. As the mechanical contractor, the Pitt Meadows Plumbing team played a crucial role in bringing this site to life.
Back in 2018, when we were awarded the contract for Phase 1 of this project, we knew it would be a significant undertaking. The challenges were there, but we saw them as opportunities to live out our values as we continue to grow and excel as a company. This project gave us the opportunity to demonstrate our passion for our work and showcase our commitment to innovate continuously. This was the first project for our team that involved a large parkade podium with multiple towers being built above.
Leveraging LOD400 BIM Modelling, DfMA principles, and automation at our shop in Maple Ridge, we pushed the boundaries of what's possible, redefining the future of mechanical construction in the process. The City of Lougheed Redevelopment (TCOL) became one of the first projects where we applied STRATUS GTP software, making use of cutting-edge technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Our team is incredibly proud of everyone's dedication and perseverance throughout this project. At one point during the course of construction, we had the highest concentration of our team on-site, working together to achieve excellence.
