Those tool cabinets are so spacious that you (all) could probably consolidate all of the contents of both cabinets into ONE. That should free-up a ton of waste and space.

Potential suggestion: Has anyone placed (makeshift) Copper-Dust collectors underneath each of those new grinding stations?

Custom, rotating, rolling table... Great idea but... MORE rollers & MORE tracks (if possible, like train tracks that switch) from the main track to each machine on the left & right. Move the entire jig to each new machine...No more unloading/re-loading.

This looks good, but why not move the upper support to beneath the drop-ear 90 and replace the pipe hanger with a flat plate of steel. Once dialled in, it would ensure that the DE 90 is bang on. No need for a level, and consistently accurate. One less step.
