I know commenting about Axl's voice at this point is pretty boring but it really sounds absolutely rudiculous here. Still a great frontman but he really needs to change his approach to singing some of the songs.
I’m 100% a fanboy but I swear his voice live is so much better. I honestly don’t know what to say, it’s like his range is picked up on phone mics in a really nasty way😂 any time I’ve seen him he sounds 70% of what he was in the 80’s which is totally cool
I love Axl but I prefer his voice in lower register anyway. Always have. They should try dropping the key on this track down an octave and it would awesome still ❤
If you dropped the key down an octave then it would still be in the same key..... he could drop his vocals to the lower register but that won't work for every song.
@recklessrocker92 it's my birthday tomorrow. I turn 46, and GNR was and still is my favorite band, but Axl quit Guns n Roses when he had a good voice and kept fighting with the band. Then he comes back like this. You're right. I should not complain but instead try to make the world better.
Really liking Fortus' solos on this tour, he's dialled back on the showboating a bit and focused on feel.
