For a house that wasn't staged before shooting, i have to say the features more than make up for this. I have to agree with your assessment that the house is definitely worth the price; in fact i dare say, it's a steal at the price, considering all the top-notch features. Love the dark glass, dark tiling, very unique, but it actually works. The LEDs are great, but someone who suffers from epilepsy might have a seizure looking at them. Overall, great video, great presentation.

The layout reminds me of those Shotgun houses...long and deep . Plenty of opening to admit light only to be obscured later by curtains ....prospects becomes suspect. The client kicks out the architect and readjusts to the tenants own style. Hopefully, they don't start painting in a different hue , let alone not painting the exterior 5 years down the line. Buildings age, Patina with time. White looks good , but don't forget to maintain it. lol I am not a professional architect, but I do have a degree in Architecture.

It's a very beautiful house inside out but the only downside to it is that my neighbors are too close to me.For a price tag of #310m my neighbors should not be no where close to me.
Are there good drainage system for the roof top so when it rains all the water gets drained away.
Is this house sold?
With that kind of money, I don't need my neighbors to be that close to me and also the space for the cars is too small. I am a car lover and I have 4 cars and there's no way I can fit in 4-5 cars inside but overall, the house looks good especially the inside.
