Good planning sis..but washing storage boxes makes big effort those who dont have dishwasher but washing veggies and storing ginger tamarind n all useful..the best part is planning meal for the week is best makes worth..it reduces time and money in unwanted shopping things..i learnt this from today from you thanks alot sis

You prepared for the week, but can u also show how to cook daily with pre-prepared ingredients. It will roughly give some ideas to cook after work. U should know that the Singapore lifestyle is not easy. After work, dinner washing n sleep.
Worth sharing sis.Best for working women is one pot rice.It takes morethan 15 to 20 mins.This is jus my point of view.
Good all that prep works, but instead of soo much paper towels can used cloth towels n reuse each paper towel is from one chopped tree.....Save trees save soil and save earth for the future genetation.

Sis, I will also this kind of work during weekend. But idly batter , chapati dough , tamrind juice , ginger and garlic peeling alone, I could make it.
Dinner ideas:
Along with idly batter, I ll grind green gram dosa or protein ( all daal) dosa batter for dinner- 3 days ku varum..
Chapati dough - fold with aluminum foil keep it in freezer. ( 3 packets), so each - other 3 days dinner over.
7 th day dinner ku, ravai or semolina fry pannikalam. So dinner problem also solved.
Only thing- Vessel cleaning even with dish washer. So hard to clean lunch boxes, cooker, coffee vessel especially .😢
