so peaceful 🫶🏼 I’m thinking of applying to Cambridge, im quite confident ish w my alevels+ im genuinely passionate abt my subject. However, is just that my GCSE grades were a mixtureee (context might help?). But i wanted to ask you if u think its worth the shot or just be on the safer side?

I think it's worth a shot :D - mixed GCSE grades won't do much unless you're literally exactly the same as another candidate, and what matters is that they see your capacity to learn! If you have a good Personal Statement and make it to interview, you can use those two things to really let your passion shine! All in all, it's one choice out of 5, and you really never know, so I do think it's worth trying! If your school has a teacher who helps with applications it's worth asking them too, because I don't know much about what goes on behind the scenes... It's all very secretive :b
