For the Peter Dumbreck clip, he is fine, I think he walked out virtually unscathed. Whats crazy about the 1999 Le Mans for Mercedes, is that they had cars flip 3 times. The first 2 were in practice rounds with the other Mercedes driver Mark Webber who flipped twice, but because there was no footage to see it, the Mercedes crew didn't believe it and sent him out in the second car which then flipped again. Then in the actual race, Dumpreck flipped as you saw in the clip. It was because Mercedes did some weird design choices (Shorter wheel base causing the car to tilt more when breaking and accelerating, and instead of the nose being more pointed down, it was pointed upwards slightly higher then usual.)
In an interview a couple years ago Dumbreck mentioned how they'd actually cut down most of the trees in that specific area a few weeks prior to the 1999 race. Incredibly fortunate in that regard. He's still fairly active in and around motorsports too.
Correct me if I'm wrong but for the first F1 clip, it was a few years after Pirelli came in. I believe the tyre blowouts were because Silverstone had put in more aggressive kerbs to stop the drivers from taking any extra track and they caused the punctures.

Rally Monte Carlo doesn't allow studs actually, only winter compound treads, as it's a safety issue on the asphalt. WRC only allows studs for Rally Sweden and Artic Rally Finland.
You got Dale Jr., but they didn't stick with it long enough to show him complete the turn and then get the wheel back on. It's a shame because there are several in-car clips of one odd thing happening, to him and others... shift gears, and suddenly they're holding the entire shift lever in their hand, unattached.
