All this happening in Florida where you’d think they would’ve received extra training thanks to Jeff over the years.
One says no, checks with a supervisor who says no. Then supervisor checks with higher ups who also say no.
Do they really not know...how likely is it that they all don’t know...if they all don’t know, how likely is it that their best guess is more restrictive but not less restrictive? Is it “I don’t want to know”? ...Is it ego?
They don't know because the information is not passed along. There is no penalty of any substance if they don't. Maybe a minor lawsuit paid by insurance with no harm to the employee. It will take many years to "get the message out". This guy's voice tone is more than a little condescending as though he is talking to a child. This is common among public employees. How can they ALL be so uninformed?
Don't sign a damn NDA with the settlement. We all want to know what happens in the end.

Mark Collins JEFF Grey is so calm manner about himself. He is explaining the truth, but they are not listening at all. I imagine that is frustrating to him to say the least , yet Mr Grey stays calm. I don’t understand how he can listen to 1-2-3- idiots all in a row. Just unbelievable.

Jeff is polite to a fault. I couldn’t help myself but to start raising my voice if I was in a similar exasperating situation like the one Jeff found himself in.

Why are "our government officials" so uneducated in the law??? I would not really trust that anyone there actually contacted the supervisor of elections but it would be no real surprise that the supervisor's office is as uneducated. A great job as usual... keep them accountable and thanks for what you are doing...

Official approval is the First Amendment. Literally the first one. I really don’t think that people understand what a “right” is. It’s not a privilege or something that is granted. It is inherent. There really should be a mandatory understanding of the English language and the literal meaning of language to be employed by the public. If only right?🌈

There are absolutely limitations on our rights...but in this case the law specifically spells out what those limitations are with regards to polling areas, and Jeff is correct in stating that it does not apply to press. Auditors have dealt with this before and been vindicated so I think these blowhards are in trouble...
@FuckBadCops That is interesting, and I can't say I'm surprised there would be a rule/policy/local law against it. I'm inclined to argue that federal law overrules all that and you can't keep press out of a place any member of the public is allowed to go, but of course these people wouldn't give a damn about that.

The great thing about Jeff Grey is unlike so many FAA he actually does follow up with lawyers and force these uneducated fools to back down. Jeff doesn t just talk about it, he takes action.

It's amazing how much time and effort government employees will put into enforcing their will on people but they don't have time to actually read and learn the rules and laws they are trying to enforce.
I really enjoyed these election vids they were very informative and entertaining your covering the election but need permission of the library boy that was confusing and the elderly gentleman threatening to arrest u had me laughing him with all his authority. everyone of the folks in charge were clueless for sure.

THE only way to fix this is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$...get some. It has to be enough to hurt, and get public attention. I admire your calm, but persistent demeanor, and especially putting people 'on notice'. It's important for those acting in an official capacity to understand that what they do and say might have negative consequences for them. Are these folks covered by qualified immunity? if I were in their shoes I'd defer to someone with more 'horsepower' to actually come to that location...and listen more carefully instead of trying to wield very limited authority.
