Probably a few hundred. Yearly taxes are crazy low.

Nice place, Rich. I use a 3-wheel electric bike instead of a car to get around. Is there a safe way to get to the bike trail from here ?
Nope. It’s way up the hill of the Libriamento. That road is really busy and drivers are crazy in that area.
