I was told that if you aren't born in Mexico it's pretty much impossible to actually own property there. I don't know how true that is or if it just depends on the state.
Looks like one could put in a small hottub / pool combo? However, the roof-lines are tougher for solar. Great price-point for what I'm looking for there.
Regarding the solar position of the roof. The owners had the roof on the she shed/gym angled and facing south so that we could put solar on that in the future,m. There is 16 square metres of roofline there. Cheers Rich

mexico is over priced for what you get, Asia is where its as, much more variety of culture and cheap plentiful food.
