Own the SV. Truly a supervalue. C segment, preinstalled sway bar, 4disc brakes and a superb chassis. Only car ppl can appreciate this car and drive the way it is designed to drive. Now i own passat b8 HL and i can still say the persona will outrun my passat if it has slightly more power with good tires. So good to see this video that show what this car strength are.

Missed this car, sold mine kosong spec last year. The handling was really good compared to other car it's price range. But the issue with the rpm after you change gear it dropped alot😅
@@aderenlim manual, had it for 11 years,but I heard the older gen without iafm had worse rpm drop. Nonetheless it's really a fun car to drive and the suspension is quite comfortable .

4-2-1 power cepat datang tp redline biasa2 , 4-1 power dekat hujung2 redline hidup tp low end biasa2. If u ask me personally, I would choose 4-2-1 since it will be more ideal & balanced for daily use. But if you want maximum performance, 4-1 is the way to go actually but u will need to use the right gear to make sure the engine is always at high rpm to make the best use of that 4-1.

Saya da lama pakai campro. Dia mcmni je bang, selagi enjin belum guna top gear, selagi tu la campro tu kuat minyak. Andai kata campro tu manual, saya boleh ckp, lagi jimat minyak gear 5 maintain 100kmh berbanding gear 4 maintain 60kmh. Ni atas pengalaman saya sendiri guna exora cps, saga vvt & persona sv 2014.
Of course because Gen2 got shorter body but with a heavier rear end. Sure the handling is even more crispy but Gen2 is more heavy than persona. So in terms of acceleration, gen2 actually slower unless u got the cps engine one
Try to restore the old suspension using ori proton part, but change the anti roll bar to ultra racing 19mm. Should be enough if u want the best of both worlds (handling + comfort). If u want the suspension to be a little bit firmer, then i suggest you use an aftermarket heavy duty absorber (proexpert, gab, etc)
to be honest idk who will agree but the new persona is ungly and not stabil in high speed my dad car top speed we did 180 so stabil just one that its very noisy

可以试试CPS引擎的同门师兄waja 或gen2 MT, 牙箱的齿比更密， 上山应该换牙后转速掉更少。 没记错campro的final drive 是4.0, CPS的是4.3。

我开了十年，只换过gasket和普通wear n tear.
