Don I have been watching all of your material presented every week and I cant thank you enough, your teaching really drives home the importance of the details that make all the difference. I have been following Bucks teaching for decade but was not working deep enough. The way you have been presenting this is outstanding and makes everything crystal clear and much easier to understand. I am still learning and picking up knowledge on each presentation, Thanks to you wife too for her contributions on the technical side. I consider these classes to be the equivalent of a masters degree in fishing. You sir are a great teacher and your dedication to Bucks teaching are outstanding. This deep water stuff really hit home. I can hardly wait to start work the deep structures .

Don, So very true! Here in AZ, I rarely catch fish shallower than 24-27 feet! Most of the time I find them in the 32- 47 foot areas if those breaklines exist. I have taken some BIG bass in 70+ feet of water, at the contact point under bad weather/water conditions. Most of my waters are Highland and Canyon type Reservoirs. Water colors run from 6 to 25 feet! I cried the first time I went fishing after moving out here! Tom Coleman was a HUGE help to me here. He was living in Tempe at the time, and it was a joy to find such a knowledgeable Spoonplugger near me. Thanks again for such a great video series! Keep up the good work! Steve Craig

Great stuff. NAVIONICS TIP: click the navionics symbol in lower left hand corner and choose “sonarcharts”. It give the most up to date contours. The info is live constantly being updated due to people using navionics on the water with gps/sonar units.

Hi Don. I got a couple questions about your mapping and interpretation guide. Why did you not mention water color when choosing the productive bars. i thought water color always gives you a better shot at catching fish? Yet it is not in you 5 step guide to choosing a productive bar. any help is appreciated...
