As an American I can safely say this fulfills all shooting and morning wood needs. Another fantastic take on a classic. Coaster layouts were all unique and made great use of the space. The go karts all felt unique but def did not leave you much room for anything else. Guess that just comes with going for more realistic styling. Also, this park has my favorite ride/path/ride interactions of any in the series so far i think
Great work as always, I love that the original charm of the scenarios is preserved in your finished creations. Even with all the updated and unique attractions 👏
I used to love this scenario as a kid, I always thought the huge coasters and unrealistic layouts were so cool. And the giant go karts, while not good for throughput, was a unique idea. Great video!
Great layout on Timber Terror. I love the look of compact, twisted woodies (both in the game and in real life). The use of diagonals is key in making them look realistic.
I forgot that wooden coaster is named Timber Terror. That name always gave me a kick because I've ridden a real-life wooden coaster named Timber Terror. It's at my local theme park, Silverwood. Anyway, really cool video! Just wanted to mention that trivia.
You've got really good at this! Both the park design and the presenting. That roll over the path across the water is awesome. Wish I could stand there in real life!
Switchback is at ZDT's near San Antonio, Texas (cool ride super forceful ride too). So yeah pretty yeehaw central. Turnpike's more of a New Jersey term but Texas has loads of toll roads as well.
would love to see you turn a real life race track into an RCT park with those go kart tricks! abu dhabi's yas marina circuit has an actual theme park located by one of the corners. lots of other good ones out there with theme park influence, too. it may not fit in the But Beautiful series, but its something i think you'd make great content with :D
Morning Wood 🤣🤣🤣 Also I've been waiting for this map for a long time was super excited when I seen Karts and Coasters, one of my favorite scenarios, and this is one of the best you've made I think, it looks perfect! I didn't think things could get any better and then you went and made it have a Western theme!!! I'm from America and I thought this was great!
I did a Hybrid coaster with a lightning run inspired layout in the park at some point, but I wasn't happy with the layout.. So I scrapped the plan and went for a woodie with inversions instead!
Don't worry about the Dirtpike name not making sense. There are quite a few roads in Connecticut with the "Turnpike" suffix and CT is known for being one of the states with no toles. In the US, naming things rarely ever makes sense.
Hi there, i always wonder how to combine those path with bridge. As i know, we cant do that in RCT 2. But we do have options to customize combination between path and bridge in RCT 1.
I sometimes use some plugins like the peep editor to freeze entertainers in a location. I also sometimes use the ride vehicle editor to change ride vehicles. Without these plugins you can still make a switchback wooden coaster in OpenRCT2
Amazing! Marvelous! Stupendous! Colossal! Tremendous! Gigantic! Astounding! Unbelievable! Spectacular! Phenomenal! And it's good, too. and I must say, you really are very good at that! btw.... may I see a new theme park that I wish to see? because I like to see a new theme park called, "Storytella" 1. Red Area -- The Jungle Book (by: Rudyard Kipling) 2. Green Area -- The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (by: L. Frank Baum) 3. Yellow Area -- Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (by: Lewis Carroll) 4. Blue Area -- The Adventures of Pinocchio (by: Carlo Collodi) 5. Purple Area -- Peter and Wendy (by: J. M. Barrie) so may I see "Storytella" theme park please?
As someone from the American west, I can confirm we all greet each other with ‘Yeehaw!’. This park makes me feel right at home.
Hey howdy hey! Is also acceptable.
As an American I can safely say this fulfills all shooting and morning wood needs.

Glad to hear you approve haha. Yeehaw!
"Erecting the woodies" - Deurklink 2022
Great park! Love the foliage landscaping and the overall feel that the park expresses!
Thanks!
Yeehaw is let’s go. Howdy is welcome.
I personally love these parks with the more understated / realistic theming, like this and the last one! Awesome job!
Yeehaw is rural american for welcome lmao, definitely lots of nice woodies in the park haha
Great work as always, I love that the original charm of the scenarios is preserved in your finished creations. Even with all the updated and unique attractions 👏
Thanks Zach! Glad I managed to preserve the original charm somewhat!
I love the Switchback design! Great use of the reverse freefall and color scheme.
I used to love this scenario as a kid, I always thought the huge coasters and unrealistic layouts were so cool. And the giant go karts, while not good for throughput, was a unique idea. Great video!
Golly gee wilikers what a rootin' tootin' park!
I can't imagine my self 20years ago i would still play this game and watch videos about it
Love your channel, never seen anyone play RCT this way. It's like a modern take on my childhood haha
I will call this coaster "morning wood" ... Nice one hahaha 🤣
I sometimes come up with good names when I erect a woodie.
Yep, an extended bloodcurdling track that you need some balls for to ride, I guess.
Great layout on Timber Terror. I love the look of compact, twisted woodies (both in the game and in real life). The use of diagonals is key in making them look realistic.
Switchback, the only Wooden Shuttle coaster is located at ZDT’s Amusement Park in Seguin Texas
I forgot that wooden coaster is named Timber Terror.
That name always gave me a kick because I've ridden a real-life wooden coaster named Timber Terror. It's at my local theme park, Silverwood.
Anyway, really cool video! Just wanted to mention that trivia.
wow you make these parks amazing
Oh. My. God. Some of these names 🤣🤣 definitely getting creative and absolutely loving this series 🥰
I always love seeing your go kart tracks!
You've got really good at this! Both the park design and the presenting.
That roll over the path across the water is awesome. Wish I could stand there in real life!

At 7:18 i already think this is the best park entrance area you've made. The finish line and the bridges, the terrain. Splendid work
Thanks! I really wanted to have a bridge there just like the original had.
@@Deurklink Really well executed!
Loving this series. Thanks! I'm surprised you didn't include a rose bowl in one of your designs! Such an iconic element in RCT wooden coasters.
The Morning Wood… with a big large Spike…. 😂😂
I wish this park was real it looks awesome
The first woody has a very strong vertical shape.
^-^
"I'm not paying that much to ride HardWood!"
Beautiful as always! Really love the wooden coasters! Nice job Klink!
Amazing stuff
would love to see you turn a real life race track into an RCT park with those go kart tricks! abu dhabi's yas marina circuit has an actual theme park located by one of the corners. lots of other good ones out there with theme park influence, too. it may not fit in the But Beautiful series, but its something i think you'd make great content with :D
I'm gonna give this place an american vibe.
*spams fast food stalls*
Freedom!!
@@Deurklink Good luck tomorrow, you're gonna need it.
USA! USA! USA! USA!
Haha just for you, I'll pretend I watch the world cup.
Hup Holland Hup!!
Thanks! Glad you like it!
Your layouts are getting much better!!
Beautiful design 🏆👏
17:50 Ok what was that 🤣
It’s great but I would’ve gave one of the wood coasters the rmc treatment
I did a Hybrid coaster with a lightning run inspired layout in the park at some point, but I wasn't happy with the layout.. So I scrapped the plan and went for a woodie with inversions instead!
For the spike in switch back I would’ve switched it to a hybrid coaster track so It can make more sense with the train not derailing
Actually I'd love to see intermingled go karts and coaster, but this is okay anyway..thank deurklink
Don't worry about the Dirtpike name not making sense. There are quite a few roads in Connecticut with the "Turnpike" suffix and CT is known for being one of the states with no toles. In the US, naming things rarely ever makes sense.
i wanna know how you made that switchback track soon of course not in this video like you said. thats so creative!
Look up my tutorial video about a chainlift that releases the train backwards, it uses a similar method
Yeehaw everyone!
More like Deurkpike
Idea for a contest spinning coaster contest by spinning I mean the Maurer sohne spinning coaster
Dearklink, why do you know exactly when I need to be productive?
Maybe you just need to stay off UA-cam when you need to be productive ;)
Could you do my favorite scenario next, Whispering cliffs?
I haven't decided on the next scenario yet - I will do a playthrough of whispering cliffs at some point
"it's long! it's hard! it has inversions...?"
wait did someone recreate action park in the menu? was i seeing the cannonball loop?
Look up Class Action Megapark on UA-cam! It's a park I made for a whole UA-cam series!
04:47 this is funny
Hi there, i always wonder how to combine those path with bridge. As i know, we cant do that in RCT 2. But we do have options to customize combination between path and bridge in RCT 1.
In openrct2 this functionality has returned!
How are the rct1 wooden coaster trains on there?
OpenRCT2 makes that possible!
Lmao, you believe in the moon??? 🤣 😂
I believe the moon is made out of cheese!
@Deurklink The moon is a lie constructed by the CIA and big cheese to sell more cheese.
The moon is just a hologram projected by the government.
Those darn cheese corporations and their cheddarnanigans (edit: looks like UA-cam is hiding your comment - Guess they don't want anyone to find out)
Where comes such creativity? Are you a architect?
Haha no I just love games where I can get creative. My inspiration comes from everywhere!
Wow 🎉 great!
Is there an in debt video on how you did the first woodie somewhere?
No, but I did make a video on a 'chainlift that releases a train backwards' which uses the same method
Did you use any other mods besides orct2? Also can I make a.switchback wooden coaster in orct2?
I sometimes use some plugins like the peep editor to freeze entertainers in a location. I also sometimes use the ride vehicle editor to change ride vehicles. Without these plugins you can still make a switchback wooden coaster in OpenRCT2
Hey everyone
Hey Jo Lu
Hi Jo Lu & Nick!
Hey Nick Zakos
Hey Deurklink
Hey Jo Lu, Hey Deurklink, Hey Nick, Hey me
10:55 Potential future tutorial idea?
Look up my tutorial video about a chainlift that releases the train backwards, it uses a similar method
So many boner jokes in one video I love it
Yeah why not fly to the moon again?
Yeah it should not be too difficult to re-use the original blueprints... right?
Make new ones. We have evolved so much over the past 60 years. Or have we..?
13:59 Captain America is disappointed in your language.
When is the next episode?
It will be a while, these take quite long to make
@@Deurklink I totally get it! I just remember the other ones getting published a bit earlier than this one, no pressure!
Amazing! Marvelous! Stupendous! Colossal! Tremendous! Gigantic! Astounding! Unbelievable! Spectacular! Phenomenal! And it's good, too.
and I must say, you really are very good at that!
btw.... may I see a new theme park that I wish to see? because I like to see a new theme park called, "Storytella"
1. Red Area -- The Jungle Book (by: Rudyard Kipling)
2. Green Area -- The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (by: L. Frank Baum)
3. Yellow Area -- Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (by: Lewis Carroll)
4. Blue Area -- The Adventures of Pinocchio (by: Carlo Collodi)
5. Purple Area -- Peter and Wendy (by: J. M. Barrie)
so may I see "Storytella" theme park please?
if you want to see something this specific, it's probably best to make it yourself :)
Do you and marcel know each other? 💜
Not irl, but we regularly talk to each other
Instead of "Yehaw" try "Howdy!" instead
18:00 Wait… deurk are you a moon truther? Wtf? Why? It’s such a bad take… if you’re joking that was not a good delivery…
I believe the moon is made of cheese, making it one of the smelliest planetary bodies in our solar system
@@Deurklink I think earth is the smelliest planetary body in this or any solar system.
