A Fantastic Female Talent like Stephanie Vaquer, who has been wrestling since 2009 and is regarded as one of the best female wrestlers of this Mexican Generation, is being sent to NXT while a green botchamaniac like Jade Cargill with less than 3 years of experience, gets sent straight to the final 4 in the Royal Rumble and teams up with the top female star of Smackdown immediately.............WWE hasnt learned at all.
Jade and Bianca was a money move by WWE knowing that they’d bring in a lot of merch sales for women(not a bad idea) so I don’t fault her for that. However, her promo and in ring work are on both WWE and her. She needs basic moves down to where ppl know it’s her by the moves she does. For example, adopting a mark Henry, big show, Nia Jax skillset and once she has that down to a T, progress into more agile wrestlers bags like an Undertaker, Brock, etc. if she rly taps into her potential, she’s gonna be one of the best(if not, the best) women’s wrestlers we’ve ever seen in WWE

Also remember the great Trish Stratus wasn’t the best wrestler in the game coming in she was a fitness model herself turned wrestler she’s a great example of coming from humble beginnings to great feats in WWE and if Trish can do it so can Jade.
Jade Cargill was put in contact with Mark Henry through a mutual friend in 2018. She not only received training from Mark Henry, but other legends too. She attended Face2Face wrestling school, a wrestling school run by Heath Slater, Ron Simmons and Teddy Long before being trained by Nightmare Factory Wrestling receiving tuition from individuals such as Dusty Rhodes and eventually Bryan Danielson once she signed with AEW in 2020. So after receiving all that special attention that 99% of wrestlers don't have access to, she still struggles to put on a good singles match to this day? After bespoke-level training since 2018? It is now 2024 and I am yet to be impressed by anything other than her strength and aura. Whilst with AEW - a monster push was bestowed upon her, she held the TBS Championship for a record setting 508-day reign and had a whopping 60-match winning streak (despite all her matches being repetitive and tedious). She was eventually beaten by the revered Kris Statlander and only returned title-less to lose to Statlander (after taking a hiatus) later that year. Following this, Cargill ungratefully left AEW to head straight over to WWE Performance Centre. After being presented as a near indestructible force whilst working for WWE's rival promotion, it made her a hot commodity for HHH to steal. She has been appearing on WWE television since January 2024 and 8/9 months later she still hasn't done anything to change my opinion of her as a wrestler. I see a few more moves in her moveset, but not consistently enough to deserve long-lasting praise of her technical ability. If Nia Jax had returned after being scrutinised the way she was for her recklessness in-ring and performed as carelessly as Jade Cargill - Nia would be getting flamed all over again. But no, Jade can overthrow opponents when delivering suplexes like Brock Lesnar on a bad-day and that's alright apparently. She needs more time, she needs NXT or some sort of developing outside of the main roster. She certainly does possess the potential to be a future star, but being placed on the pedestal she has in both companies has placed immense pressure on her which she is failing to fulfil the demands of. Side-note - Poor Bianca being made to look like Jade's little sister. Belair is always relying on Jade to save her in matches. Bianca is leagues above Cargill and we all know it. Shades of AEW booking with the formulaic tag-team matches we keep seeing them have. So with that in mind alongside the facts stated in this video, there you have the most overhyped wrestler in wrestling today - Jade Cargill.
These are things Jade Cargill REALLY Needs to work on.. . Split up with Bianca Belair (feud will come later) . Put her down in NXT (she can have great matches with Roxanne Perez, Fallon Henley, Lash Legend, Lola Vice, etc.) . Give her a Manager (Robert Stone could be good or as Slam Central said, Paul Heyman could go to NXT to manage Jade . In-ring work. (her corner splash thing needs a bit of work done, I think her finisher (Jaded) is good. But overall she needs a lot of in-ring work . Cutting Promos (Paul Heyman could really help with that) or like I said even Robert Stone could be good with that, but she needs to go to the PC and do some promo sessions. . STOP MARKETING HER AS THE NEXT BIG THING. It puts too much pressure on Jade. she needs to focus on what she’s good at.. and what she can do well, instead of WWE management expecting her to put on 5 star matches every time she goes out to the ring. Jade Cargill (if giving the right opportunities) can be one of the best, if not the best in WWE. she just needs to stop having the stoplight putting on her for now. (also don’t get me wrong I thought her and Bianca teaming up was amazing.) but she has a lot more things to focus on rn. also she didn’t need to win a title what like 5-6 months after she started in WWE. . ALSO ANOTHER THING SHE NEEDS TO WIRK ON IS THIS… having big feuds.. having big feuds (doesn’t have to be one with like Bianca, Charlotte, ect.) can really turn a wrestler into a star. and make people believe she’s worthy of getting massive opportunities, winning a bunch of titles and having many accomplishments. Anyways those are the things I feel like Jade Cargill really needs to work on atp.
Jade should go back to developmental. I’m tired of WWE pulling talent from elsewhere thinking it’s going to be a bang like it was with Jericho, AJ styles, Dudley Boyz etc. They were extremely skilled and put in the work to the craft to be that great in the transition. She hasn’t at all and you can tell. Also, she should stray away from being so muscular, it hinders her ability to move fluidly in the ring.
Yea, I wouldn't say she should shy away from it so much as lean out. She's been doing so if you pay close attention you can tell. Bianca is the perfect person to model her physique after. She should have more of a Rhea Ripely in ring style though.
In order to salvage her credibility they need to write her off the main roster send her down to NXT book her like they book roman on the main roster. That way she can develop in the ring and then They can bring her back up. With Giulia and Roxanne down there she has some believable comp so that shouldn't be a problem. At this point she's just holding Bianca back when the singles Women's Division clearly needs her and with her slow increase in in-ring psychology. She'll get there but it won't be anytime soon if she's book in tag team matches where Bianca carries.

No she's not because we all expect her to be at the top of the women's division by now and she's barely at the top of the women's tag team division. Maybe she should have signed with NXT instead of SmackDown because there's hardly any room for her in the singles division even though it's like half the size the men's division.

I agree with most people here. Her look and marketability is top tier, but her in ring ability is mid at best. She has no character in her moveset, nor does she have any moves that she has mastered. Everything looks like strength, and not much actual effort or emphasis towards believability.
Unfortunately yes. We all ragged on AEW for not training her but she has been under WWE's umbrella for 9 months and I haven't seen any improvement. She just may be too clumsy to ever be a top in-ring worker which would be fine but she keeps trying to do all the complex shit like springboards and long chain sequences when she should at least for now stick to simple power moves and let her look and character do the rest of the talking.

I don't think that will ever happen. Triple h seem to not care about the women's division enough to do that. Jade having someone like Paul Heyman by her side will help her so much though. She would be the female version of Brock Lesnar or Bobby Lashley.
The women's division and tag division needs to be burned down and rebuilt. Replace the women's tag titles with a women's mid card title NOW before it's too late. Make a real tag team like Pretty Deadly or the Street Profits champs instead of using the tag titles like props and wasting the potential of good tag teams for STORYLINES that DON'T NEED IT, smh! For goodness sakes, Drew and Punk are feuding over a damn bracelet and making it work! I'm positive that the Bloodline, whose main focus is the Ulafala btw, can do the same. The Judgement Day, whose main focus is revenge and betrayal btw, can do the same! At this point they're just making the tag titles lose they're prestige. Also, LA Knight is great as a champ but has yet to have a good rivalry. Same with Cody. That and he needs a heel turn, he's getting stale as a baby face but I'm looking forward to what he does next none the less. Raw is clearly prioritized over Smackdown and it shows. I'm patient Hunter but not that damn patient. I'll give it a year and a half after the Netflix move before I start to lose hope. On a positive note, Bron Breakker is doing very well as champ and makes rivalries feel very real. Gunther is doing very well as champ and is having amazing feuds and rivalries, short and long term.. Raw is clearly prioritzed over Smackdown and it shows. Hopefully it changes with the new rebrand and the move to Netflix.

NXT might be the best solution for now. She'll definitely be a huge star in the future but with a lot of work to do maybe turning heel might be good for her also.
How can she turn heel of she cant cut a decent promo?
Jade Cargill is not ready for a match against Bianca Belair in no shape or form right now . Both Jade and Bianca need to get those championship belts back. However, in the meanwhile Jade could learn how to enhance her in-ring wrestling skills from Bianca. Earlier on I said, Jade Cargill is not ready to fight a match against Bianca Belair.
I agree. This why they don't need to break them up yet. They need more to build the storylines.
Yes she is that’s why you made a video about her instead of one of the other girls
I don’t think that’s how that works😭
I’m hoping she succeeds though!
I would love for her to prove me wrong because that’s better for everyone watching
I need her to go on a Brock Lesnar type of run
@@SlamCentral_ that’s exactly how it works
@@corrylorenzo yup ignore everything I said about praising her but go ahead stay mad for some odd reason😭
Can’t talk about the flaws in someone’s game with someone getting offended
@@SlamCentral_I’m not mad lol I just don’t agree with your opinions and if anything I get annoyed when anyone speaks their opinion as if it’s fact you stated allot of opinions and that’s fine but I’m not one to pretend to agree with someone when I do not you are entitled to your opinions and I am entitled to mine Jade is human she’s going to fuck up the undertaker has botched choke slams and he is one of the goats I don’t get why people are judging Jade so harshly she does what she needs to do she is must watch tv I’ve watched every ple wwe put on because of Jade take her off I wouldn’t watch I watch wwe for Jade if she was not there I wouldn’t watch the only reason I’m watching smack down next week is because she has a match I will admit I’m obsessed with this goddess they call Jade Cargill and yes in get pissed when people talk shit about Jade
If Jade puts in the work and WWE maybe space out her matches then she can live up to the hype. She has made mistakes, but she has potential if she polishes up her skills
I agree with this
She has the base built for her right now, it’s all up to her to build off of it!
Why is WWE hiring so many green people and putting them on Smackdown? Its embarrasing.
She should just stop doing risky moves that she might botch
Jade and Lash Legend are neck and neck in the ring with Lash being slightly better. Jaida Parker is better than both. I skip Jade matches already and I was so excited for her. It’s sad.
Jade needs to stick to the simple moves like Lash before advancing to springboard moves soo soon
So basically what you're telling me Is she's a failure as a wrestler as a sports entertainer😂😂😂
Wwe has Overhyped her it is Similar to cody rhodes in my opinion Roman reigns title rain Was too good and it can't really be Topped And wwe Has active like Jade cargill Is as good as a once in a blue moon How Talent like becky lynch great video hope you have a great day
So you were content with Roman holding the belt and barely defending it?
I love her ❤
God damn she make one mistake in the ring which not her fault the ropes was messed up all of sudden y’all saying she overhype man wresting fans for u
I literally stated in the video that it wasn’t her fault…
Here’s a new skill you should learn, watch the video, realize it was constructive criticism, and watch the ending as I give her nothing but praise🤌🏾
Sooooo overhyped. Sad thing is she was one AEW's biggest star, that aint saying much for AEW
She left & theyre women’s division got better actually lol
AEW hid her lack of skills. WWE exposed her big time.
@@snellsmanthey complain about Mercedes, Britt, Kris, Mariah, and Toni but their current storylines are 10 times better than anything Jade has gotten at either company.
@@FernandoMartinez-pv1id definitely! You have 4 major storylines in their division right now
Jade shouldn't do any more top rope moves, like Charlotte Flair trying to do Moonsaults (off the top rope). No !!!! Jade needs to spend more time at the Performance Center (for than 1x a week); at least 1 year; spend time in NXT... just sayin'... This is like the WWE's version of Bill GOLDberg (WCW/WWE's pro wrestling's version of "Iron" Mike Tyson). Jade Cargill needs Paul E. Dangerously / Paul Heyman - "Jade CCAAARRRGGIILLLL !" (ala "Brock Lesnar" announcement)
Jade has been taking a backseat to bianca and it's gotta be getting to her.. bianca is okay but not great.... creative doesn't want her facing jade..so they put them together.. and the internet experts out there aren't really giving jade any respect.. everyone fixed on staring at Bianca's booty.. jade has the talent but isn't being given a chance to show.. rather have her in tag team matches
Jade should have stayed a year or more with AEW and worked on herself before jumping, she was still green when she left. Comparing Skye Blue's growth over Jade is night and day.
Nah I think they should have trained her more before debuting her in WWE!
Putting her on the big stage knowing that she isn’t on the level of the other girls just yet is kinda crazy to expect her to be great off the bat!
@@SlamCentral_"The Big Leages" seem to love to allow mediocrity as long as they look the part. Cena was an anomaly thanks to his Mic skills and connection to younger viewers. WWE has tried this so many times and failed because Vince cared about "the look" more than anything. Now Triple H is following the same path.........
I think the best way to describe her project in nba terms where u know this person isn’t ready yet but the potential is there and u have to work with her and be patient
Yes, Jade Cargill is a work in progress but WWE is not doing the best job at developing her because they are marketing her as if she’s ready RIGHT NOW
I really hope she succeeds because she can really become something HUGE
@@SlamCentral_to be fair some fault falls on her because she’s been signed to wwe for a while now and she’s still pretty trash
Youre making AEW level excuses saying "oh shes still learning." She was trained by one of the greatest wrestlers in human history. She's had many months in the performance center and still hasnt improved. If this is "The Big Leagues" like everyone claims it is, then shouldnt she be expected to perform as such? If not, why not send her to NXT where she belongs?????
@@Jake-cs5fnI was told a performance center would solve all her problems after her botches in AEW. It hasnt. She doesnt have "IT." She just has a needle in her ass.
She's overrated and will fail in wwe
you said she overrated ok but she making a lot of money 💰 something you never going to do in your life
@@KervinAbreu-q4y when u die can u bring money with u I didn't think so
@@KervinAbreu-q4y dumb take. people who make a ton of money can, and usually do, end up broke af. del rio was wwe champ....now hes wrestling in highschool gyms.
You can say she's overrated that's whatever but don't say she will fail. What Jade do to deserve hatred? nothing
She hasn't even truly started yet, it hasn't even been a whole year yet.
It never had anything to do with AEW
She’s just limited in the ring period
People think wwe has special trainers etc lol it wasn’t going to be any different
So you will say the same thing about Naomi Io and indy ?! , Everybody botch it's not a big deal , already so much pressure on them and with our negative comments how do you think they going to feel 👎🏼
I think she told her to loosen it up a bit with the submission
She did but they just want to hate on her for no reason also the springboard ropes were loose that why damien did it
@@kyleday5026it’s not hate she messed up 3 times in under 30 seconds on a ple, if it was smackdown no one would care because she does it often
@@Jake-cs5fn but u cant provide evidence which is a lie i watched
@@kyleday5026 Did you even watch this video😂 she slipped on the ropes regardless of it being her fault, she tried to kick Shayna and slipped, on top of that she tapped out twice. Shes being presented as a star when she’s not so she’s going to get criticized until she becomes a high level performer in ring.
She is over hyped she just isnt good in the ring stick her on nxt or in the performance center
is Paul Heyman already managed a female wrestler? It would be a good idea if the wwe think about this idea
Nah he never managed a female
We also never seen a TRUE manager for the women’s division before!
She’s bad
