    If you experience issues running the tool, try the following:
    1) Make sure you have the latest update from GitHub.
    2) Make sure windows languge is set to English.
    3) Run the program "as admistrator".

      there are other tutorials in the playlist for RC modeling. Pinching is a physical phenomena that is implicitly simulated through concrete cracking and rebar buckling.

    Dear Dr. Ahmed , as per the vedio, the fracture strain from tensile curve is about 0.15 . However , as per output damage parameters from the software , the fracture strain is 0.06 (not 0.15 as per tensile test data) when triax. stress=1/3 (pure tension) . if you can kindly explain

      the 0.15 refers to S355 while the 0.06 refers to gr 8.8 bolt

    First of all thank you so much for your videos.
    I have a question, is it possible to manipulate the cdp data to meet a specific load vs deflection curve? If it is , can you please make a video about it?
    In my case, I don't have original cdp data. Thats why i am now struggling to get the experimental results through abaqus.

      You should not manipulate the material data to match test results. However, since cdp material experience mesh dependanacy due to strain softening, you can calibrate the mesh size instead against test data.

      it does not generate temprature-dependant stress-strain but can process it.

      yes. the istaller will automatically do this if you are connected to the internet.
