H4 both high and low beam. does those S&D flicker or not ?
Not on my audi 2000. For flickering problems you need to add a capacitor

I too have H4 Halogen bulbs in a 2001 mazda. Do you no if LED light is a plug and play will it fit if i get a H4 LED?

No, it was the angle I was holding. Fan is silent when it put it in car.
How much do those cost ?
They were about $40
Do I lose my high beam by going over to LEDs from halogen?
No your high beams are connected to a different bulb than the low beam. In this video it seems he is only changing low beam. You would have to do the same thing to your high beams as well in order to have high beam LED.

If an LED have a fan that means wouldn't last long, not to mention the annoying noise of it
you forget that it only runs while using the lights, AND i have bought many cheap china made fans that are going strong after 6 years on near continuous use.

You clearly know nothing about LEDs. A standard LED can last for 50,000-100,000 hours. A standard halogen is 2,000 hours. The fan on this bulb however sounded way too loud, maybe a defect or it’s hitting the heatsink. They should not be that loud.
How difficult would this be to do in reverse? To replace my LEDs with halogen. I prefer the halogen, and cars with LEDs are blinding on the road
Why would you do that? Adjust your LEDs to the correct height so it doesn't blind others.
At 1:41 min the lamp turns off by itself
they probably turned them off from inside the car
