I’m a senior in high school and I’ve been watching your videos for about 2 years now (a little while ago my account got deleted and I couldn’t quite remember which ones I watched and didn’t watch, so I jsut re watched a bunch!) I couldn't help but notice how much of a great posture you have lol. I heard that working out and staying active (no matter which activity/sport) immediately leads to good posture without trying, so in the last shot of your video, this was all I could focus on. Don't know if you always had that (if so, lucky you!) but even if it's not something we usually try to achieve it's great if we happen to have it, like a little bonus. As always 10/10 for your video :)
