Are you sure the male black swan was angry? I didn't see him hissing. What did that pose mean that the male black swan was doing when he had his beak close to his chin like that?
This kinda looks more like: “Hey! Hello there, how are you doing, I’m Matthew the swan, over there is my wife and my cygnets, but please don’t touch them. If you can, please go on your way. Thank you!”
