Very functional and aesthetically okay IMO... The room was nice and yes like a 4 Star ambiance... Good to know that there are some nice places to stay... Also as a getaway from Province life something to consider... Do you have an idea on the HOA fees, etc.? Also, could a place be managed and rented by the developers? Perhaps combining rental long term or short term with carved out weeks for your own stays might work too... Interesting episode, welcome back to actively working the channel! 👍😎👍
Awesome Pete glad your back I'm sad I missed you my wife and I where just there checking the place out about two weeks ago. Was in the Philippines for a month now I'm. Back in the old u.s. working away:(
$788 for a 1 bedroom per month there? I pay $433 for my 1 bedroom at the Rivera Jomtien, Thailand. 4 pools, 2 roof top infinity pools. Gym, Sauna, and oh yeah.. It's in Thailand with a great view of the ocean. The "best" pool in AC is at the Wild Orchid Inn.. Hands down.
Thailand is not an island plus it’s 50 years ahead of Philippines.. Prices are cheaper and quality is higher. But the women are mean, the police are extremely corrupt, immigration can turn on you and reject you on a dime. Therefore, Philippines is just fine for many
As a Chartered Civil Engineer who observed it in the construction stage I would not buy one or live there. It is a steel framed structure with a massive weight of structure on long legged steel columns at ground level. Just saying.
Mostly Korean & Chinese bought in this project. When I stayed there, I sat in lobby and in 1 he more than 20+ vans full of girls coming back from Walking Street 😂.
JESUS is LORD over the Philippines. Amen and Amen!!
Thank you very much and GOD Bless Sir!

Thailand definitely the better deal when you care about value for money - nothing new there. Housing, food, traveling, etc

How much per month?
Looks comparable to a “Courtyard by Marriott” in the US.
Yes! Thats what I thought.
Hi mate…could you suggest a three and a half star hotel near Burgos Street in Manila and near the centre of Angeles city action?! Thanks
Drake Hotel.

UA-camrs don't generally care about others
I did try my best to move her out the frame..
OMG who is building these overpriced Apartments in the WONDERFUL PHILIPPINES?
Maybe some of the buyers liked watching a bloke in his undies scratching his self? Phase 1 is a no go for me.
Agreed. Same for me, only exception is if I could get on the ground floor next to the pool.
No windows… feels like a cave
I personally prefer Kandi Towers
It did feel a bit like that, felt weird.
