I really appreciated the distinction made between the different shades of yellow for mustard powder, ginger, turmeric (this one was spot on!), and even lemon pepper! Of course, the musicians were in black, and kudos to FJ for wearing all the warm colors, which are not in his palette (he's a classic Winter)! btw, that cinnamon shirt was awesome. :-)

No, I'm a "white people" 😂 and I use and have all these spices ORGANIC and some others. Ever heard of Star Anise powder? And Ground Cumin? I make old fashioned German Ginger cookies with 7 different spices all in it, all organic, and it tastes wonderful! Love the Nutmeg though.😂

Mix, put in jar, eat before 2 years. Prep time is 5 min. It will be much longer for me because I am going to have to grind more than half of them. BTW, I have never understood "allspice". Why isn't that the only spice I need?
