    My mother’s daddy was Grady McMichen. When I went to the Country Music Hall of Fame I found Clayton’s fiddle. I was glad to take a picture of it for mom.

    My father, Hissie Carr Whitaker had been asked to play with him in 46 but my sisters were on the way. Dad passed away at 99 years young last month

    A contra dance tune "with calls". The name of the tune itself is changed from what it's called in Britain, maybe someone will know. I think I found it. Best I can tell it's "Soldiers Joy".
