Yeah and Mike admitted he was suspended in High School for doing the same thing. That was another rare instance when the Brady Bunch admitted they weren't perfect.
@@LisaKofflerThey were just pointing out how wonderful it was that Mike told that story to Greg. Reminding and bonding with his son that he, too, was once a teenager like himself. Wasn't saying that you said anything - why would pointing that out be assumed as directed at what you wrote?
Mrs. KRAVITZ WOULD SEE Samantha perform witchcraft. Then run Home tell her husband Abner about what she saw. He would be relaxing on his chair. He was like sure. She would get frustrated. He would be like can't you mind your own business.
Mr. Binkley was annoyed with Greg. He was a disciplinarian. It was entertaining and then Mr. Brady and Mr. Binkley talked about taking mascots from other high schools.
Love it! Love those supporting actors...and those outfits from the 70's....wow! The principal reminds me a little bit of Capt. Binghamton from Mchale's Navy! (that stern face and those glasses!)
I forgot how genuinely hilarious this episode was. That was a very well trained goat. I wonder how many shots it took to get the jump from the bed and into the closet?
I loved the Vice Principal character in this episode. Classic. "I was suspended for a month!" (for pulling the same stunt), he said later, after giving Greg a monster paper assignment as punishment for mascot stealing.
“How neatly they keep it!” Um, that would be Alice cleaning up after the boys. Or the parents hounding the kids so that Alice didn’t have to clean up after the boys.
Robert Reed put some really interesting shots in this episode - everyone walking up the stairs and Greg running through the two bedrooms and bathroom, for example
The final episode Robert Reed directed and he did a good job. Reason why he directed some episodes is not because of his acting it was because Sherwood thought maybe Robert Reed will stop being difficult and a pain in the ass if he is given a chance to direct
That's Sandra Gould (played herself), she was also the telephone operator in an episode of Gilligan's Island, and we all know Carol's first husband is the Professor.... coincidence? I think not.
Well another great song for this particular episode just make sure it doesn’t get stuck in your head because you may be singing it to your morning drivers and you’re night drivers
Kris Costello Yes, Raquel was adorable !! 💖 Remember the part (not in this clip, unfortunately) where Peter & (I think) Bobby were eavesdropping from inside the linen closet below Greg's room (which was the attic) & they heard footsteps they thought sounded like a womans' high heeled shoes...and then when Raquel started walking around, it sounded like *two* girls, causing Peter to think that Greg had *two* girls up there instead of just one, LOL !! 😂🤣
Oh, look it’s Gladys Kravitz poking her nose where it doesn’t belong as usual! She should be safe in the Brady’s residence as there’s no magic… just a pesky goat on the loose! 😒😂😂😂
Again I'll never ever understand why the hell Carol had the nerve to show every room in their house to total strangers, What if Greg had Jennifer Nichols,Kathy Lawrence and that sexy Linda in the attic. That stupid Mrs Gould it's all her fault "I forgot the painter were coming".
Gladys Kravitz came into their home demanding to see the house so she could run home and blab to Abner what she saw, who didn't give a flying f@ck what she saw in the Stephens' house or the Brady's house!
Did poor Alice every find out if that goat was real? I mean she just kept catching glimpses of it and when she finally went to ask Mrs. Brady, they slammed the door in her face 😄
The cool king man You're right... It was a bear *cub* , but the rival "Coolidge High" had stolen Greg's school's bear cub *first* . Greg stealing Coolidge's mascot "Raquel" the goat, was just retaliation against Coolidge, who started it, lol. 🙂
There’s an episode of Christoper Knight jumping on a trampoline and Mrs Brady saying ok Chris let’s see what you got instead of saying Peter…it happens 🤷🏻♂️
What episode is this and what season? Maybe, I remember the goat, but I didn't know the lady who was Mrs. Kravitz was in it. I have to watch it again. They should have had a sixth season with Oliver in it. I remember there was one where they were in a movie, and he like felt left out or something.
She also happened to look fantastic in this episode, actually this whole season. Taking on a more “modern” and trendy look with a slight California tan.
I recall when this episode first aired 1973 (?). Robert Reed direct this one,far different than other BB episodes, Greg was up to high-school shenanigans, couldn't be cheating or smoking pot. Few things I'll never understand Why the hell did Carol bring the PTA in every room in the house, including your bedrooms? Yeah Mrs.Gould was from Bewitched, she's the same everything seems to shock her and I hated the vice-principal,an absolute moron.
Mrs. Gould, aka Mrs. Kravitz, was a nosy old busy body who wanted to get all up in the Brady's bizness just like she did the Stephens'. She barged in there demanding to see the house so she could run home and tell "ABNUH," who didn't give a flying f@ck what she saw in the Stephens' house or the Brady's house!
A favorite episode of mine. Mike was so cool about helping Greg. That always stuck in my mind, a dad covering for and helping his son.
He thought Greg had a girl in his room at first!! I remember Mike got mad about that but was also smiling a little about it.
Mike said that he did the same thing in high school, and he was suspended for a week, so he was trying to help Greg stay out of trouble!
Yeah and Mike admitted he was suspended in High School for doing the same thing. That was another rare instance when the Brady Bunch admitted they weren't perfect.
Mike P, they never said they were perfect, and NO family is perfect - whether it's real life or make-believe!
@@LisaKofflerThey were just pointing out how wonderful it was that Mike told that story to Greg. Reminding and bonding with his son that he, too, was once a teenager like himself.
Wasn't saying that you said anything - why would pointing that out be assumed as directed at what you wrote?
This was genuinely funny. Wholesome, classic comedy.
Greg coming out of the bathroom covered with the shower curtain always made me laugh so hard.
This was one of my favorite episodes. Loved it.
This is one of the best episodes, imo.
Mrs Gould played Mrs Kravitz in bewitched 👍😀
That's right! Sandra Gould's character was "Mrs. Gould" in this episode!
Greg looked hilarious tangled up in the shower curtain!! LMAO!!!
The look on Mrs. Gould's face after Greg lets her out of the closet. LOL!!!
Mrs. Gould played Mrs. Kravitz on bewitched. After coming out of the closet, Mrs. Kravitz yells: I JUST SAW SAMANTHA STEVENS. SHE'S A WITCH
Mrs. KRAVITZ WOULD SEE Samantha perform witchcraft. Then run Home tell her husband Abner about what she saw. He would be relaxing on his chair. He was like sure. She would get frustrated. He would be like can't you mind your own business.
Sandra Gould was funny on BOTH "Bewitched" and the "Brady Bunch!" She looked REALLY silly acting scared and shaking when she came out of the closet!
This was a great funny episode. This funny clip and when Alice said A closet never talked to me before.
The look on Carol Brady's face at 2:14 is priceless!
This is my favorite sequence in the Brady Bunch series.
The goat scene is my favorite epically when Mike jumps on the bed to try and get the goat lol
The goat is my favorite guest star, and Mrs Kravitz's(#2) real last name was Gould too...
The late Sandra Gould's character had a different Title: "Mrs. Gould!"
I love Mike saying, 'Get the goat!' and then closing the door quickly.
I love Greg with the shower curtain. Also, the goat being in the bathtub.
This was my best one it so funny
Mr. Binkley was annoyed with Greg. He was a disciplinarian. It was entertaining and then Mr. Brady and Mr. Binkley talked about taking mascots from other high schools.
The random chairs in the upstairs hallway
Right! All in the way
So? Where do you put _your_ trippin' chairs?
They put the chairs there to guide the goat into the bedroom
By far the funniest episode
Oh God yes
IDK....I think when Bobby dyed Greg's hair with the hair tonic was pretty funny too.
@@horrorman9 I loved this episode in Particular because Mike Brady was in on a caper for once.
Yeah, your right. Mike Brady was in on it too.
I grew up with this show, so I can sit back and watch any episode nostalgically, but this is one of the few that actually makes me laugh.
I love goats! Raquel is adorable!!
Kris Costello She deserves her own blue square!!!
I was surprised that Tiger never got his own blue square!
All of the sudden Gladys Kravitz is sticking her nose in the Brady Bunch's busness!
And, who is Gladys Kravitz??
@@Getrealpeeps a nosy neighbour from the show bewitched
It’s what she does! 😏🙄
Sandra Gould played a PTA woman in this episode!
This is my favourite show
Love it! Love those supporting actors...and those outfits from the 70's....wow! The principal reminds me a little bit of Capt. Binghamton from Mchale's Navy! (that stern face and those glasses!)
I love Carol Brady's hair style, and Greg looks a bit like Tom Jones here.
So does Mike. Like father, like son.
I love Mike saying, 'Get the goat!'
Get the goat. That's funny the way Mike said that and did that.
Love that yellow dress carol has on
she looked great in this episode. so did mike in his shirt.
Love this! Mike was cool. Alice is always cool.
I love Mike saying, "Get the goat!" and slamming the door to his den.
I love how Mike says to Greg, "Get the goat!" through gritted teeth.
I was shocked at first that Sandra Gould was cast to play "Mrs. Gould," but I loved it!
ABNER!!!!
She played the 2nd Mrs. Kravitz on "Bewitched" after the 1st Mrs. Kravitz, Alice Pearce died of cancer!
When they slammed the door on Alice 😂😂😂
Like Alice would be going upstairs to mop with a group of visitors in the house.
@@retrounderground1she was just going about her work.
Love what you’ve done with the place.
Don’t often see chairs 🪑 in the hallways.
That guy came out of the closet in this episode.
And EVERY house just has to have a "hallway closet".....cant live without one!!!!!!
Robert Reed was the gay one, not Barry Williams!
Never seen Carol so mad. Lol!!!
She wanted to cut a "B" when he F'd up her shower curtain! Lolz!
Cause that was her good Spread
She was more angry than Mike!
1:25 omg it’s Gladys Kravitz from bewitched
“How neatly they keep it!”
Um, that would be Alice cleaning up after the boys. Or the parents hounding the kids so that Alice didn’t have to clean up after the boys.
Yes, the entire Brady house was immaculate, thanks to Alice!
Robert Reed put some really interesting shots in this episode - everyone walking up the stairs and Greg running through the two bedrooms and bathroom, for example
Carol and Mike, especially Carol, acting like real estate agents by showing off their house. Lol.
Why is everyone freaking out? It's only a goat.
It's a stolen goat.
It's the mascot of a rival high school Westdale was playing that night
Greg kept Raquel in his room
Greg have it syphilis, which is highly contagious
A goat will headbutt you!
Cute goat
Mrs. Kravitz😂
In this episode, Sandra Gould plays "Mrs." Gould!"
Comedy gold!
The final episode Robert Reed directed and he did a good job. Reason why he directed some episodes is not because of his acting it was because Sherwood thought maybe Robert Reed will stop being difficult and a pain in the ass if he is given a chance to direct
How does one direct an episode that he also appears in?
Many actors are in t.v. episodes they direct
I wonder if director Robert Reed had any say so in casting Sandra Gould for this ep.
@@ronavena yeah especially since she knows what really happened to Carol's first husband.
That 🐐 got everyone’s 🐐! 😊
Never saw this episode. Pretty cute
😂1:28 You knew all about this, didn't you. I'll explain it later😂
😂1:35 I’ll stall'em in the master bedroom, get rid of the goat.
I'm trying to😂
gerg is so cute i love him so much
gerg, lol!
You seen one linen closet you seen em all !!
This was our favorite episode! 😄
This episode shows how preposterous the upstairs floor plan of the set was in comparison to the house used for the exterior shots.
Mike Brady designed it.
Let's super impose Tom Brady's face on the goat. Great episode. The shower curtain was hilarious..
Mike Brady?
''What are you doing in there, Greg, with a... GOAT?!!
The actress playing Mrs. Gould also played Mrs. Kravitz on Bewitched.🙃

Song? What song are you talking about? Seriously.
This was like an episode of Three's Company.
Or Bewitched! 😉
"Gregory, Mrs. Gould is in the closet"
She was shaking from being scared, and from being in a state of shock!
Gladys Kravitz
Greg got off easy, he only had to write an essay about the evils of mascot stealing.
Raquel looked so funny and cute running from their room to the boy's @ :30! LOL!!

I hope they add this show on Netflix
robert reed directed this episode
The episodes he directed were very well done!
Would've been funnier if they had Mister Brady come out of the closet at the end. hehe
I don't think so! Seeing Sandra Gould's character, Mrs. Gould shaking after coming out of the closet was perfect!
Not bad for a 70 show.
Keven19741 Yep - it's Gladys Kravitz #2, Sandra Gould, in this episode, a year after Bewitched ended.
LMAO!
Nosy Gladys Kravitz was so deserving of the chaos she encountered for demanding to be given a tour of the Brady's house!
Sandra Gould played "Mrs. Gould" in this episode!
So funny that in the 5th season everyone decided to get an afro
Classic!!!!!
Robert Reed directed this one must've been dreaming of Raquel Welch during the entire series(1969--1974).
Probably not since he was gay.
Maybe Greg, Peter, and Bobby were but I doubt Mr. Brady was.
@Ken Lompart would you believe Shirley Temple...something Alice said.
@@rosario508 perhaps the last season, he was getting sick and tired of being Mr.Brady

Look at the groovy clothes.
Oh, look it’s Gladys Kravitz poking her nose where it doesn’t belong as usual! She should be safe in the Brady’s residence as there’s no magic… just a pesky goat on the loose! 😒😂😂😂
Sandra Gould was playing a PTA woman in this episode, and I was surprised she was chosen to do that, but she was funny as usual!
It seems to the room with the linen closet could have been another bedroom
I believe there were only 2 episodes where the inside of this closet was shown -- this one and the Shirley Temple episode.
What was more important for Mike to design: a walk-in linen closet, or a toilet in the jack-and-jill bathroom? Hmmm.
This was the best😂

Gladys Kravitz got tired of snooping on Darrin and Samantha in "Bewitched," so she had to snoop on the Brady Bunch.
I bet no one stole Greg’s HS’s mascot. I think it’s a Bear.

Apparently Robert Reed directed this episode. Which was a surprise to me, since he didn’t particularly like the show
I Knew that was Mrs. Kravitz!! I guess she got remarried to Mr. Gould! .... LOL
Sandra Gould is her real name, but on the Brady Bunch, the only change was her title "Mrs. Gould!"
I feel bad for the goat
So Gladys Kravits moved away from living across the street from Darrin and Samantha and moved into the Bradys’ neighborhood?
They used Mrs Kravitz's real name, at 2 minutes and 40 seconds approx, he tells him to let Mrs. Gould out of a closet.. Sandra Gould was her name..
Good catch . Sandra Gould also had a hit record in the 1960's I believe . She was also in Gilligans Island as a telephone operator
There’s an episode of Christoper Knight jumping on a trampoline and Mrs Brady saying ok Chris let’s see what you got instead of saying Peter…it happens 🤷🏻♂️

Why were the visitors so afraid of a goat?

Don't they all see Greg in the closet with the goat?
sha11235 I'm not sure....they *may* have, depending on the angle (where they each were standing) when Carol opened the door.
sandra gould played mrs. gould.
This is such a screwball farce that Robert Reed directed.
