Crown and Coronation by Luxmuralis at Ely Cathedral

Crown and Coronation is a spectacular, immersive, light and sound show created by Luxmuralis.
Following its highly acclaimed launch at the Tower of London in November 2023, Ely Cathedral is one of the very first venues to showcase this new creation which celebrates the spectacle and significance of the Crown Jewels and the Coronation ceremony.
From the reign of William the Conqueror to Queen Victoria, visitors will be immersed in a spectacle of colour and light as stunning imagery, spanning across the centuries, is projected around the interior of Ely’s magnificent Cathedral.
This unique project was created by Historic Royal Palaces in partnership with Luxmuralis - the artistic collaboration of artist Peter Walker and composer David Harper.
