  • A story told by the daughter of Bahá'u'lláh.
    Bahiyyih Khanum, designated as the Greatest Holy Leaf and the pre-eminent woman of the Bahá'í Dispensation, suffered a life-changing crisis at the age of 21. It occurred during the sea voyage exile of her Father and 70 other Bahá'is to Akka, Israel, in August of 1868.

    Beautiful storytelling with the mesmerizing sound of the waves. Hard to imagine surviving those conditions, no less living on to transform the world.

    Thank you for sharing this story - I never realized she was only 16 when she arrived in the Akka prison as her writing is so "mature", and she was so amazing in everything she did!

      I actually erred. She was 22 when they arrived in Akka. :-(

      Hi Twilight. Mr Naser is a covenant breaker and spreads lies. He lives in Australia and started hiss own religion. He was interviewed in TV there and it came out he has 2 followers. The man is poison and spreads lies.
