I absolutely LOVED this episode! I learned so much, I especially loved Kade's POV on sensitivity cycle, mindfulness is your attention to presence (absolutely LOVEEEEDD that!) such good point about parasympathetic rest - I really want to focus on getting more of that! Kade is legit my Inspo with raising kids, getting her master, counseling, photography?! she's incredible. love how she mentioned the prioritization on sleep. Great great episode!
