- The Navy’s twelve nuclear-powered aircraft carriers are among the most potent expressions of American military power. In recent years, though, there has been growing concern that changing mission requirements and enemy capabilities may make carriers more vulnerable to attack. This study analyzes the steps adversaries need to take to execute a successful attack. It concludes that carriers are likely to be highly survivable for many years (barring major tactical blunders) and that pages are becoming more resilient over time. Air-breathing threats - manned aircraft and cruise missiles - are not the only danger carriers may face from above. Three dozen countries outside the Atlantic Alliance possess tactical and theatre-range ballistic missiles, including Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea. Ballistic missiles reach their intended targets much faster than cruise missiles and thus may diminish the defensive advantage conferred by aircraft-carrier mobility.
If the missile is built indestructible & carries HE warhead. Kind of like a kamakazi plane but this time the body of the missile is indestructible & the warhead carries a thousand times more powerful.

A single Dong Feng missile hit on a carrier will damage it but not sink it. You need at least 3 or more hits to sink it.

China definitely has satellites that not only can detect and target US naval fleet in the Pacific Ocean, South and East China Seas. It can even do it real time. Quietly it has also developed a system not only similar but better than Elon Musk's Starlink. Its intermediate ballistic anti-ship hypersonic missiles has a terminal speed of Mach 10 and a range of at least 2000km. At the moment, no anti-missile system is capable of shooting down a hypersonic missile travelling at Mach 10.
Its diesel electric submarines are even stealthier than the US Virginia Class hunter killer submarine.

Indulge hubris? 😂😂 No, the chinese subs ARE NOT better than the US subs. Whats your source regarding all these satellites? I actually work in the aerospace field (at Lockheed missile & fire control)
i know China doesnt have more satellites than starlink up with such capabilities.
