Sorry about your loss. God gives us animals for companionship. I found out a few years ago my family started the Amish in America. Pennsylvania to N. Carolina to Ohio. Masts, Stolfitz, Yoders are on my family tree. I'm an odd bird in my family, I'm Catholic.

God used some very unlikely people all through the Bible in transformational ways to do accomplish His will and purpose. Look at David’s life, an adulterer and murderer and look how God used him. I’m guessing David’s writings, the Psalms, have been one of the most encouraging books in the Bible through out all of Christian history. We have all been encouraged by David’s words. None of us knows how God could use Trump. Just pray and be open to watch God work. We won’t have a free country if this doesn’t happen. Do some research and hear them say for themselves what their agenda is.
@StephanieJoRountree well their food is all natural so less likely to get diabetes, cancer, etc. Also no vaccines so that's either good or bad depending on how you look at it, but sometimes their gene pool can be somewhat related in the smaller more isolated communities if ya know what I mean, so that can cause problems.
I really enjoy your videos. The Amish way of life intrigues me and I’ve learned a lot just from your videos. I do pray for your family and I pray you are able to free up time eventually to post more videos. I have a tv but but I think I’ve watched it maybe 20 times in the last ten years. I have a son and a daughter that are now grown, married and each have a child that also have tvs but barely turn them on. It truly is garbage and I agree with you about our government. Just a bunch of greedy clowns that are painful to watch. Have a very blessed rest of your day. I love listening to someone that totally puts family first (after God, of course). Our God is a Great God and I do feel very blessed.
