don't you just do a pip install?
What if your python project interfaces with a usb device.. how do you setup the browser to allow/access this hardware? WebUSB / WebSerial API?
Can we integrate tkinter, ttkbootstrap and matplotlib with streamlit?

If that is too fast for you, you can always change the video's speed within youtube's player. There's a config for that.
I honestly think its fine but u can change the video speed to slower
