I don't really think thats the case to be honest. If I'm uploading everything to my channel - which is mainly phonk fans - and less people watch the hardstyle uploads ,it negatively impacts the channel overall since it fucks with the algorithm a bit, at least as far as I understand. but i uploaded the another hardstyle on the main channel anyway since i dont make any money # so who cares lel but maybe youre right dont know really@@v1pogio118

I like the ones where it starts off sadder like Aatrox reminiscing his past like "how far have I fallen, a god reduced to a prisoner" then it slowly increased into full on world ender I will end everything.

Could someone give me a lore dump fir these dialogues at the start i thought he was just wanting to kill everything didnt know he had somber lines
I'm not an expert myself (could be that I am spreader of misinformation), and I'm not going to name any places or people, BUT ESSENTIALLY he was a "good guy", a military general, and an absolute unit (so strong he was pretty much a god already) that got "corrupted" while continuously fighting the void (evil - not good).
His own people noticed that and feared that he would be corrupted fully and turn against his own, which could potentially make him even more dangerous than the void. So Zoe, the "aspect of twilight" (aspect = godlike being - I use his voiceline against her in most songs because he absolutely hates her), basically told the humans, or the people he fought for formerly, how he can be trapped into his own sword, meaning he now is not actually the things you see on the wallpaper, but the sword itself (now called darkin). The more people he kills, the bigger his "host" gets. This is why Aatrox is such a good fucking character because he is both angry at Zoe and pretty much everything and everyone (the only way he - the sword - can finally "die" is if everything ends,
which is why his goal is the destruction of everything, i.e. oblivion).
But at the same time, a lot of his voiceliness are melancholy and extremely sad because he gave everything to fight against the void and for his people, only for them to betray and trap him in his own sword. He basically hates his own existence, his body, but is pretty much immortal, therefore not being able to kill himself or die or do anything against it.
That's what almost all the voice lines in my edits are about, but this song is a bit different again because xoolani is also one of his kind (another darkin). From a reddit post:
"Xoolani is a Female darkin who used her blood magic to mind control others. (She maybe only controlled the bodies of others, can't remember properly) Others didn't like that so they hate her, especially Aatrox."
Xoolani also controlled Aatroxes darkin buddies I think, but he is apparently pretty much the strongest darkin, so he would take her apart in my opinion which is nothing short of extremely humble (also his line in the song: I will not bend as easily as your puppets). In summary, Aatrox is clinically based.
I mean @naphtha is pretty much on point except some minor inconsistencies. To sum it up, Aatrox was a warrior of the kingdom of Shurima (desert kingdom if you want) thousand of years ago and was given the opportunity to become one of the Ascended via the sun disc. The Sun Disc is a sort of religious thing for the Shurimans because it grants them power and the ability to thrive in the desert with water and agriculture stuff like that but it also had the ability to make people Ascended which were basically god-like creatures but only if you were worthy or else you got shish kebabed. Aatrox became an Ascended of insane power, the strongest one. And basically there was a big war against what is called The Void which is just terrifying monsters who wish to consume everything and so Aatrox along with his comrades who were also other Ascended beings fought against them except the war against the Voidborne was so traumatising that even mighty Aatrox began to lose his sanity. This plunged the empire of Shurima into chaos and civil wars started to break out in between the Ascended and mortals gave them the name of Darkin. The people of shurima were scared and so the Aspects (other godlike beings) notably the aspect of Twilight (NOT ZOE! ZOE WAS NOT THE HOST OF TWILIGHT AT THIS MOMENT) gave them the knowledge to seal the Darkin in their weapons while the Aspect of War rallied them to fight. Once Aatrox was sealed he realised that he was fully conscious in a dark void that "suffocated him" but because of his immortality he would never die. "The weapon was a prison, sealing his consciousness in suffocating, eternal darkness, robbing him even of the ability to die. For centuries, he strained against this hellish confinement..." Hundreds of years pass and a foolish person would try to wield his sword but because of Aatrox's overwhelming power he took over the body in a matter of nanoseconds. However due to his tremendous power and magic the bodies would fade as soon as he acquired them and he would be forced back into his "prison". That's when he came up with the idea that if he cannot die then he will destroy the world so that he can find piece.
As for the quotes: Aatrox speaks to Joraal (Another Darkin who fought with Aatrox who had the military title of captain and whom he considered a good friend) as well as other Darkin such as Styraatu and Taarosh.
You see Aatrox is very gentle with his comrades but Xolaani was somebody who Aatrox despised very much so because they disagreed on how to end their suffering as well as how Xolaani took pleasure in mindcontrolling her fellow darkin brethren.
Aatrox's most popular quotes: Fight or Be Forgotten stem from him not wanting to be forgotten and the only way how is by becoming the villain, not just somebody's enemy, THE enemy... the nemesis of life.
This is the aspect of war right ?
