I had to leave my husband a few months ago who is not getting help for his addictions and our situation was becoming increasingly toxic. Since i have left he has made this break up all about him and his feelings and how much i have hurt him. He has emotionally blackmailed me, wore me down and caused me a lot of anxiety and fear. I randomly break down in tears and ive been having awful nightmares. I had to give my mom access to my phone gps because he was hounding me so bad i was fearing my safety.
